There's still plenty of time left in the regular season, but it may be time for Tom Brady and the New England Patriots to hit the panic button following their embarrassing loss to the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday Night Football.

There's plenty to discuss once again from this weekend of football, so here's a look at the 2014 NFL Power Rankings for Week 5.

32. Oakland Raiders 0-4 (31)

As if things weren't already bad enough for the Oakland Raiders, the team now has to worry about the health of Derek Carr--who left Sunday's game in the third quarter with a MCL sprain and high-ankle sprain. Oakland has now lost 10-straight games dating back to last season--which means it may be time to already start looking ahead to 2015.

31. Jacksonville Jaguars 0-4 (30)

The Jacksonville Jaguars kept it close in the first half, but in the end--this team was no match for the San Diego Chargers. It's going to be tough for Blake Bortles to find success with this lack of talented wide receivers.

30. Tennessee Titans 1-3 (29)

You didn't really think the Tennessee Titans would end up on the winning end against the Indianapolis Colts with Charlie Whitehurst at quarterback, did you? The Titans are in desperate need of help on both sides of the ball--especially when it comes to their ground game.

29. St Louis Rams 1-2 (27)

After a 1-2 start, the St. Louis Rams hope the bye week will give their players plenty of rest and it will certainly be interesting to see what happens at quarterback considering Austin Davis may have hurt his chances to keep the starting job after the team's Week 3 collapse against the Dallas Cowboys.

28. New York Jets 1-3 (20)

28. New York Jets 1-3 (20)

Is it time for the New York Jets to bench Geno Smith? Not only has the quarterback continued to struggle, but the Jets have lost each of their last three games by single digits--which is beyond frustrating.

27. Washington Redskins 1-3 (22)

So much for all that talk surrounding the Washington Redskins replacing Robert Griffin III with Kirk Cousins, huh? After torching the Philadelphia Eagles one week before, Cousins looked horrendous against the New York Giants as he threw four interceptions.

Luckily, Cousins still has time to bounce back and prove himself.

26. Tampa Bay Buccaneers 1-3 (32)

26. Tampa Bay Buccaneers 1-3 (32)

Did the Tampa Bay Buccaneers jump the gun on Josh McCown? After their embarrassing loss to the Atlanta Falcons, the Buccaneers upsetting the Pittsburgh Steelers on the road was the last thing any of us expected in Week 4.

Who knows--maybe they are better off with Mike Glennon at quarterback.

25. Cleveland Browns 1-2 (24)

The Cleveland Browns have been one of the biggest surprises so far in 2014 as Brian Hoyer has proven to be the correct choice at quarterback. After having a bye week, they certainly have a favorable matchup against the Tennessee Titans--who have lost three-straight games.

24. Miami Dolphins 2-2 (26)

Miami Dolphins

24. Miami Dolphins 2-2 (26)

(Ben Hoskins/Getty Images)

After back-to-back frustrating losses, the Miami Dolphins finally looked like the team from Week 1 against the Oakland Raiders thanks to strong performances by Ryan Tannehill (23 of 31 for 278 yards with two touchdowns and one interception) and Lamar Miller (64 rushing yards with two touchdowns on 12 carries).

It's still early, but the Dolphins still have as good of a shot as everyone else to win the AFC East.

23. Buffalo Bills 2-2 (21)

After a surprising 2-0 start, the Buffalo Bills have now lost two-straight games as they're having all sorts of problems on offense. Things are so bad in Buffalo, the team is already replacing EJ Manuel with Kyle Orton at quarterback.

22. Minnesota Vikings 2-2 (28)

22. Minnesota Vikings 2-2 (28)

(Adam Bettcher/Getty Images)

It was only one game, but early signs indicate the Minnesota Vikings should have been starting Teddy Bridgewater (19 of 30 for 317 yards and one rushing touchdown) from Week 1. Also, how about that career performance by Matt Asiata (three rushing touchdowns) with Adrian Peterson out of the lineup?

21. New York Giants 2-2 (25)

(Rob Carr/Getty Images)

Remember when some New York Giants fans were burning Eli Manning jerseys after Week 1? Well, Manning looked pretty impressive against the Redskins in Week 4 (5 total touchdowns) as the two-time Super Bowl MVP has the Giants on a two-game winning streak.

20. New Orleans Saints 1-3 (12)

For a team many expected to be strong Super Bowl contenders, nobody could have predicted this 1-3 start for the New Orleans Saints as they're coming off a horrendous loss to the Dallas Cowboys. On top of their weak running game, this team needs to figure out a way to get the ball in the hands of Jimmy Graham more on offense.

19. Houston Texans 3-1 (23)

Is there anything J.J. Watt can't do for the Houston Texans? Watt came up with a big 80-yard interception for a touchdown to help the Texans improve to 3-1 on the season to stay on top of the AFC South.

You know it's impressive when the Texans come through with a win and Ryan Fitzpatrick is the leading rusher with 14 yards.

18. New England Patriots 2-2 (13)

The New England Patriots seem to have hit a new low we're not familiar with and we hate to say it--but they could be in deep trouble. This offense is struggling big time and none of us could have predicted Tom Brady would be benched due to a blowout against the Kansas City Chiefs.

17. Pittsburgh Steelers 2-2 (15)

17. Pittsburgh Steelers 2-2 (15)

Pittsburgh Steelers
(Gregory Shamus/Getty Images)

How is it the Pittsburgh Steelers dominate the Carolina Panthers on the road one week only to lose at home against the previously winless Tampa Bay Buccaneers the next? The Steelers had this game in the bag before falling apart in the fourth quarter and missed out on a great opportunity to jump out to a 3-1 start.

16. Atlanta Falcons 2-2 (14)

Atlanta Falcons
(Adam Bettcher/Getty Images)

16. Atlanta Falcons 2-2 (14)

(Adam Bettcher/Getty Images)

It was a solid performance by Matt Ryan (25 of 41 for 298 yards with three touchdowns and two interceptions), but unfortunately the defense of the Atlanta Falcons had zero answers for the Minnesota Vikings. If this team is going to have any chance at winning the NFC South, they're going to need to start figuring out ways to win on the road.

15. Carolina Panthers 2-2 (7)

If there's anything to take away from the last two weeks from the Carolina Panthers, it would be they are far from the dominant team we saw last year. Not only does the offense look bad under Cam Newton, but this team has allowed 75 points over the last two games--which never would have happened last year.

14. San Francisco 49ers 2-2 (18)

Let's hope the San Francisco 49ers have finally realized how effective the offense can be when Frank Gore has a big day in the running game as this team avoided a close call against the Philadelphia Eagles. This was a game the 49ers absolutely needed to win

13. Chicago Bears 2-2 (8)

For some reason, Jay Cutler just can't seem to ever get anything going against the Green Bay Packers as the offense of the Chicago Bears failed to score a single point in the second half of Sunday. Of course, most of the blame for this loss goes to the banged-up Bears' defense as they struggled all game against Aaron Rodgers.

12. Kanas City Chiefs 2-2 (19)

To all the fantasy owners who were concerned over Jamaal Charles--you can breath a sign of relief after the running back found the end zone three times against the New England Patriots. Not only did the defense manage to shut down Tom Brady and company, but Alex Smith has been fantastic over the last two wins by completing 39 of 51 passes with six touchdowns.

11. Green Bay Packers 2-2 (16)

Aaron Rodgers informed Green Bay Packers fans there was nothing to worry about after the team's 1-2 start--and he was right. The Packers couldn't have asked for a better game from Rodgers as he completed 22 of 28 passes for 302 yards to go along with four touchdowns and let's talk about just how dangerous this passing game can be with Jordy Nelson and Randall Cobb leading the way.

10. Dallas Cowboys 3-1 (17)

Not only did the defense of the Dallas Cowboys limit the New Orleans Saints to just 17 points, but they managed to shut them out in the first half--which is beyond impressive. Give credit to Tony Romo (22 of 29 for 262 yards with three touchdowns) and DeMarco Murray (149 rushing yards with two touchdowns) for both having strong offensive performances to help the Cowboys improve to 3-1.

9. Indianapolis Colts 2-2 (10)

All of a sudden, Andrew Luck has looked like an MVP to help the Indianapolis Colts get back to .500 with eight touchdown passes over his last two games. Of course, the Colts have played against the Jaguars and Titans in these matchups, but they'll be heavily tested this weekend against the Baltimore Ravens.

8. Philadelphia Eagles 3-1 (5)

Don't let the scoreboard fool you as the Philadelphia Eagles' offense was one of the biggest disappointments of Week 4 considering all three of their touchdowns came from defense and special teams. If this team is going to have any chance in the NFC East, they're going to need to figure out a way to fix the ground game as LeSean McCoy has just 192 rushing yards over the first four games.

7. Detroit Lions 3-1 (9)

It's amazing how Calvin Johnson was held to just two catches for 12 yards against the Jets and the Detroit Lions still came up on the winning end. What's even more impressive is the Lions' defense has allowed just 38 points in their three wins this season.

6. Baltimore Ravens 3-1 (11)

Steve Smith wanted to prove that his former team made a huge mistake this offseason by letting him go and he was absolutely phenomenal against the Carolina Panthers after catching seven passes for 139 yards with two touchdowns. Don't look now, but the Baltimore Ravens look like one of the most dangerous teams in the NFL with three-straight wins.

5. San Diego Chargers 3-1 (6)

5. San Diego Chargers 3-1 (6)

San Diego Chargers
(Stephen Dunn/Getty Images)

The San Diego Chargers need plenty of help in the running game, but Philip Rivers is looking like an early MVP candidate with nine touchdowns and just one interception over the team's first four games. The crazy thing is San Diego could have easily been 4-0 if it wasn't for that fourth quarter collapse in Week 1 against the Arizona Cardinals.

4. Denver Broncos 2-1 (4)

(Jeff Gross/Getty Images)

The Denver Broncos are coming off a disappointing loss to the Seattle Seahawks and despite the bye week--they have another tough matchup right away against the undefeated Arizona Cardinals. On the bright side, at least the extra rest has given Manning two weeks to study Arizona's defense.

3. Arizona Cardinals 3-0 (3)

In Week 5, we'll find out just how real the Arizona Cardinals are as they have a tough matchup against Peyton Manning and the offense of the Denver Broncos. If Carson Palmer is healthy enough to go, it will be interesting to see how effective he is at quarterback since he hasn't played since Week 1.

2. Seattle Seahawks 2-1 (2)

The Seattle Seahawks made a big statement with their Week 3 win over the Denver Broncos when it comes to being Super Bowl contenders and the extra rest should pay off for a Week 5 matchup against Kirk Cousins and the Washington Redskins.

1. Cincinnati Bengals 3-0 (1)

The Cincinnati Bengals are the only remaining undefeated team in the AFC, but they will be heavily tested against a New England Patriots team in Week 4 with plenty to prove after they were embarrassed by the Chiefs in the national spotlight. The Bengals have only allowed 33 points in three games, but that could change when they square off against Tom Brady in Foxboro.
