The Vikings have been very inconsistent this season, especially on offense. In the team's two wins, the offense has scored at least 34 points. But in their losses, Minnesota has failed to reach double digits. With Teddy Bridgewater now the starter, the offense should be able to find an identity. Here's a look at how the Vikings' 2014 draft picks are performing.

At the conclusion of last season, Barr was expected to be a top 10 pick. But leading up to the draft, the rumor mill was abuzz with rumors of Barr's declining stock. In the end, he was drafted ninth. Through four weeks, he has been one of the most consistent players on the defense. Barr has at least five tackles in every game and has a total of 23 tackles and two sacks. He has a bright future ahead as a mainstay on defense.

After a disastrous pro day, Teddy Bridgewater saw his stock drop all the way to the final pick of Round 1. Luckily for Bridgewater, his wait to become a starter wasn't long at all. He took over for Matt Cassel in Week 3 and played well in relief. In his first career start, he threw for 317 yards and rushed for a touchdown in a win over the Falcons. He was out for Week 5 but should remain the starter for years to come.

Round 3: Scott Crichton (DE-Oregon State)

Scott Crichton was surprisingly still on the board when the Vikings selected the defensive end with the eighth pick of Round 3. The Vikings always seem to have depth along the defensive line, and Crichton adds to that depth. He has only played in one game this season and recorded a single tackle.

Round 3: Jerick McKinnon (RB-Georgia Southern)

To say Jerick McKinnon had a great combine would be an understatement. The Georgia Southern RB was first or second among backs in the 40-yard dash, bench press, vertical jump and broad jump. That performance sent his stock skyrocketing as Minnesota selected McKinnon in the third round. With Adrian Peterson off the active roster, McKinnon ran the ball 18 times for 135 yards in Week 4. He should continue to see plenty of touches.
