2015 NFL Draft: 5 Prospects Who Hurt Their Stock in Week 6

There were 11 ranked teams to lose in Week 6. In many of those games, stars on the losing team failed to play up to expectations. Other games, including Oregon and UCLA, involved teams in which star quarterbacks were hurt by poor offensive line play. So who besides Marcus Mariota and Brett Hundley had rough weeks? Here are the five prospects who hurt their stock the most in Week 6.

5. Cedric Ogbuehi (OT-Texas A&M)

Cedric Ogbuehi winds up on this list for the second week in a row. After struggling against Arkansas last week, the left tackle was once again exposed by Mississippi State. Ogbuehi's biggest weakness this week was his ability to stay with his blocks. After initially engaging on a pass block, Ogbuehi became very lackadaisical and allowed the rusher to sack QB Kenny Hill. He doesn't look at all like someone who could handle the LT spot in the NFL.

For the first time this season, Ekpre-Olomu's lack of size played a role, as Arizona's running backs were able to run over and past the Oregon CB. Ekpre-Olomu also struggled in coverage, with his biggest mistake being pass interference in the end zone which led to the go-ahead touchdown. Pac 12 teams have not shied away from throwing his direction. In order to remain the No. 1 CB prospect, Ekpre-Olomu needs to make his opponents pay for this.

3. Bryce Petty (QB-Baylor)

Against Texas, Bryce Petty had the worst game of his career. Since becoming the starter, Petty had career-lows in completions (seven), passing yards (111), completion percentage (31.8) and QB rating (104.2). He faces another tough matchup this week against TCU. Petty often has wide-open receivers to throw to, but that wasn't the case against Texas. In order to secure a draft spot, Petty needs to show he can complete passes in tight coverage.

2. Ty Montgomery (WR-Stanford)

Despite being very explosive in the return game this season, Ty Montgomery has been disappointing as a WR. Over the last two games, Montgomery has just 41 receiving yards. Both Washington and Notre Dame did not allow Montgomery any room to run his routes or make easy catches. The pressure seemed to get to Montgomery as the Stanford receiver ran sluggish routes and did not come back to the ball. Montgomery is playing his way out of Round 1.

1. Ameer Abdullah (RB-Nebraska)

The nation's leading rusher was silenced by the Spartans. Against the toughest defense he'll face this season, Ameer Abdullah was limited to just 45 yards on 24 carries. He did have two touchdowns, but they only combined for three yards. A good performance against Michigan State would have elevated Abdullah's stock, but he failed to impress. Abdullah is not a top five draft-eligible RB and is graded as a late third-round pick.
