The NFL regular season is now more than one-third over and there have been a ton of surprises in the past month and a half. With playoff implications starting to come about, the NFL will only get better in the coming weeks. Here are the biggest winners from Week 6.

Although the Oakland Raiders lost, Derek Carr has his first breakout performance in his rookie year. Carr threw for four touchdowns against the rival San Diego Chargers. The problem in Oakland is that the players around him aren't special. When the Raiders supply Carr with playmakers, this will be a dangerous offense.

The New York Giants were streaking going into their Week 6 Sunday Night Football matchup against the Philadelphia Eagles. Instead of putting up a fight, the Giants never really showed up. Chip Kelly's offense was no match for the Giants' defense. Although they have had their problems in 2014, the Eagles are looking good at 5-1.

After two straight losses, the floodgates were starting to open for the Chicago Bears. In need of a win against the Atlanta Falcons, the Bears traveled south and beat the Dirty Birds in their own stadium. This Bears team is extremely talented, and if they lost in Week 6, it would not be good news for head coach Marc Trestman. However, the Bears were able to win.

Larry Fitzgerald hadn't scored a touchdown since last November before this game. Because of the injury to Carson Palmer, Fitzgerald hasn't been effective in 2014. With Palmer's return in Week 6, it wasn't hard to believe that Fitzgerald was able to have a good game. He was a big winner this past weekend.

The Tennessee Titans had lost four straight games and they were reeling, especially with the injuries to Jake Locker and Shonn Greene. Playing the hapless Jacksonville Jaguars, the Titans were able to manage to squeak out with a win. With the Washington Redskins coming up on the schedule, the Titans will be able to take Ken Whisenhunt off the hot seat for another weak.

5. Joe Flacco

Joe Flacco threw for four touchdowns in the first quarter alone on Sunday so it is easy to see why he is in the winner's category. The Baltimore Ravens have quietly played some good football in 2014 and they will have a favorable matchup next week against the Atlanta Falcons. Flacco will need to continue to play good football going forward.

While the news in Detroit is always about Calvin Johnson and his ankle injury, something many haven't witnessed yet is how good their defense is. Granted they played an inexperienced Teddy Bridgewater, the Lions created three interceptions and they only gave up three points in Week 6.

Remember before the season when Cleveland Browns fans were calling for Johnny Manziel to be the starting quarterback? Despite playing with not a talent around him, Brian Hoyer has gotten the job done for the Browns. Now 3-2, the Browns are very much in the thick of things in the AFC North.

2. Aaron Rodgers

The Green Bay Packers did not play their best game against the Miami Dolphins, but Aaron Rodgers did what he always does in the crunch time and that's to find a way to win games for the Pack. With no timeouts and 80 yards to go, Rodgers brought this team down and threw a touchdown pass to backup tight end Andrew Quarless with three seconds to go.

When you go into the Seattle Seahawks' venue and dominate them the way the Dallas Cowboys, there is no question who the real winner of Week 6 is. Sure the Cowboys have been playing great football for weeks now, but this game proved that the Cowboys are legitimate Super Bowl contenders. If they can stay healthy, this team has a great shot to finish around 12-4 or even better. Crazy, right?
