Don't look now, but the San Francisco 49ers are finally playing at a high level after picking up their third-straight win on Monday night against the St. Louis Rams.

Let's not waste any more time--here's a look at the 2014 NFL Power Rankings Week 7.

32. Jacksonville Jaguars 0-6 (31)

Will the Jacksonville Jaguars ever score more than 17 points in a game this season? Obviously, Blake Bortles is going to go through the same rookie struggles most quarterbacks deal with, but this is just getting pathetic.

Sadly, this game against the Tennessee Titans may have been the Jaguars best chance of winning a game for a while.

31. Oakland Raiders 0-5 (32)

This may have been Derek Carr's (284 passing yards with four touchdowns and one interception) best game of his young career as the Oakland Raiders nearly pulled off the upset against the San Diego Chargers. Maybe the Raiders do have what it takes to win a few games after all this season if Carr can manage to play at that high level more often.

30. New York Jets 1-5 (29)

The New York Jets are never going to win football games when Geno Smith is the leading rusher with 11 yards. Even if this was a tough matchup against the Denver Broncos, the Jets were in this game until the final minutes--proving they are capable of competing with the best.

29. Tampa Bay Buccaneers 1-5 (27)

To say the Tampa Bay Buccaneers were embarrassed by the Baltimore Ravens would be a huge understatement as they were trailing by 38 at halftime. Lovie Smith was supposed to make an immediate impact with his new team, but instead--the Bucs appear to be heading towards a top-five draft pick.

After the first quarter, it looked like Austin Davis was going to lead the St. Louis Rams to a big win over the San Francisco 49ers. Instead, Davis looked like a quarterback who deserves to be on the bench as he looked flat-out awful in the second half in the national spotlight--especially when he threw that key interception at the end that was returned for a touchdown.

27. Washington Redskins 1-5 (26)

Would the Washington Redskins be better off without Kirk Cousins at quarterback? It's hard to imagine the Redskins even considering this move, but Cousins has seven interceptions over his last three games--with three of them coming in Week 6 against the Arizona Cardinals.

26. Minnesota Vikings 2-4 (25)

Are the Minnesota Vikings really this bad? Teddy Bridgewater (three interceptions) couldn't get anything consistent going on offense and once again--this team struggled to get Cordarrelle Patterson (two catches for 15 yards) involved in the passing game.

25. Tennessee Titans 2-4 (30)

After four frustrating losses, the Tennessee Titans finally came up on the winning end--even if it was against the Jaguars. Let's just hope this team can figure out a way to get Bishop Sankey (61 rushing yards against the Jaguars) more involved in the ground game.

24. Miami Dolphins 2-3 (24)

This is one of those games where the Miami Dolphins will look back knowing they could have come up on the winning end against the Green Bay Packers. Instead, Ryan Tannehill and company missed out on an opportunity to stay closer to the New England Patriots in the AFC East hunt.

23. Atlanta Falcons 2-4 (22)

The Chicago Bears got the best of the Atlanta Falcons on defense as Matt Ryan struggled to get Julio Jones (four catches for 68 yards on 12 targets) the football. There's only one word to describe the defense of the Falcons this season--and that word would be terrible.

22. Buffalo Bills 3-3 (18)

22. Buffalo Bills 3-3 (18)

(Tom Szczerbowski/Getty Images)

It's simple--the best chance for the Buffalo Bills to win football games is get C.J. Spiller involved in the offense. There's no reason why the Bills should be limiting him to just six touches in the ground game and the defense simply had zero answers for Tom Brady--who threw for four touchdowns.

21. Houston Texans 3-3 (20)

Is there anyway the Houston Texans can have J.J. Watt play quarterback? Ryan Fitzpatrick is clearly not the answer at quarterback and the Texans could have easily won against the Indianapolis Colts.

Instead, they missed out on the chance to be all alone on top of the division.

20. New York Giants 3-3 (16)

The offensive line of the New York Giants is absolutely horrendous as Eli Manning was playing scared the entire game against the Philadelphia Eagles. On top of protecting Eli, this team may struggle to put up points now that Victor Cruz--who suffered a torn patellar tendon his right knee--is out for the remainder of the season.

19. Pittsburgh Steelers 3-3 (15)

No team has been more difficult to figure out this season than the Pittsburgh Steelers as they were absolutely embarrassed by the Cleveland Browns in Week 6. Clearly, this defense needs plenty of work if they're allowing Cleveland to score 31 points.

18. New Orleans Saints 2-3 (19)

Let's hope the New Orleans Saints come back from their bye week as the NFC contenders we all expected them to be at the beginning of the season. Believe it or not, the NFC South is still up for grabs considering how poorly each team has looked so far this season--so don't count the Saints out just yet.

17. Kansas City Chiefs 2-3 (17)

If the Kansas City Chiefs have any chance at competing in the AFC West, they'll have to figure out a way to take down the San Diego Chargers in Week 7--which certainly won't be easy. Hopefully, the extra rest on the bye week will pay off for Alex Smith and company.

16. Cleveland Browns 3-2 (23)

It's time to start believing in the Cleveland Browns as this team made a big statement with their win over the Steelers. Another big game for Ben Tate (78 rushing yards with two touchdowns) has the Browns rolling as this team could easily win their next three games with favorable matchups.

15. Chicago Bears 3-3 (21)

Matt Forte (157 yards from the line of scrimmage with two touchdowns) deserves to be in the talks for MVP with the way he's been carrying the Chicago Bears over the last couple of weeks as this team picked up a big road win against the Atlanta Falcons. If Jay Cutler and the offense can play at this high level on a consistent basis, they can certainly be strong contenders in the NFC.

14. Carolina Panthers 3-2-1 (13)

Despite one of the best games of his career in which he finished with 107 rushing yards, Cam Newton still couldn't lead the Carolina Panthers to a win over the Cincinnati Bengals. After allowing 37 points, the Panthers' defense have made it clear over the last couple of weeks they are nowhere close to being as dominant as they were one year ago.

13. Detroit Lions 4-2 (14)

Even without Calvin Johnson and Reggie Bush, the Detroit Lions still managed to pick up their fourth win of the season against the Minnesota Vikings. The defense deserves most of the credit for this win as they applied all sorts of pressure to Teddy Bridgewater throughout the entire game.

12. San Francisco 49ers 3-2 (12)

Give credit to Colin Kaepernick (343 passing yards with three touchdowns) for keeping the San Francisco 49ers in this game despite the fact they were trailing 14-0 early on. Finally, San Francisco's defense is playing better as this team has now won three games in a row.

11. Cincinnati Bengals 3-1-1

There's no excuse for Mike Nugent to miss that easy of a field goal--none. The Cincinnati Bengals better figure out what's happened to their defense over the last two weeks as they've gone from the team to beat in the AFC to the team who allowed the Panthers to score 37 points.

10. Baltimore Ravens 4-2 (11)

We knew the Baltimore Ravens would be heavy favorites against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but five touchdown passes by Joe Flacco in the first half? None of us could have seen that coming as the Ravens may be the team to beat in the AFC North.

9. New England Patriots 4-2 (10)

Remember when everyone was counting the New England Patriots out two weeks ago? Well, Tom Brady (four touchdown passes against the Bills) has this team playing at a high level following back-to-back wins--making it clear the Patriots are the team to beat in the AFC East.

8. Green Bay Packers 4-2 (9)

Aaron Rodgers made it clear to fans a few weeks back that there was no reason to worry about the Green Bay Packers--and he was right. Jordy Nelson (nine catches for 107 yards with one touchdown) continues to prove he's one of the leagues top wideouts and the Packers will certainly need him over the next couple of weeks with a tough schedule.

7. Indianapolis Colts 4-2 (6)

Fantasy owners with T.Y. Hilton (nine catches for 223 yards with one touchdown) on their roster were certainly satisfied with the performance by the Indianapolis Colts wide receiver in Week 6 against the Houston Texans. After an 0-2 start, Andrew Luck has the Colts rolling as one of the top teams in the AFC as they're clearly the favorites in the AFC South if they continue to play at this level.

6. Philadelphia Eagles 5-1 (7)

What took the defense so long to finally show up this season? The Philadelphia Eagles dominated the Giants from start to finish on Sunday night and it was great to see LeSean McCoy (149 rushing yards) finally have his first big game of the season.

5. Seattle Seahawks 3-2 (1)

If there's anything to take away from Week 6, it would be the Seattle Seahawks are capable of losing at home after falling to the Dallas Cowboys. We all knew it would be tough to repeat as Super Bowl champions, but none of us could have predicted Seattle would be 3-2 after their first five games.

4. Arizona Cardinals 4-1 (4)

It was good to see Carson Palmer (28 of 44 for 250 yards with two touchdowns) back in the lineup, but the offense still needs plenty of work if the Arizona Cardinals are going to have any shot at winning the NFC West. On another note, it was good to see Larry Fitzgerald finally find the end zone for the first time in 2014.

3. Dallas Cowboys 5-1 (8)

How about those Dallas Cowboys? Nobody is criticizing Tony Romo with the way he's played over the last couple of weeks and DeMarco Murray (100+ rushing yards each game this year) continues to play at a different level than the rest of the league's running backs.

2. Denver Broncos 4-1 (2)

There was some concern early in the game, but Peyton Manning eventually got the Denver Broncos rolling against the New York Jets to pick up their fourth win of the season. Now, the pressure will be on Manning this week as he's on the verge of breaking Brett Favre's touchdown record.

The San Diego Chargers looked like they were going to be upset by the Oakland Raiders before scoring 10 points in the final minutes to pick up their fifth-straight win. Philip Rivers (313 passing yards with three touchdowns) continues to make a strong case for MVP as the Chargers head into Week 7 as one of the hottest teams in football.
