What would you do after your best game of the season against one of, if not, the best team in the NFL?

Well, if you’re Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle, you go to the Dillard’s inside of Stone Briar Mall and steal; you read it right, you steal.

On Tuesday morning, KRLD-FM (105.3 The Fan) in Dallas reported that Randle was arrested for theft in Frisco, Texas, which is about 35 minutes north of downtown Dallas, for theft.

The Frisco police department told KRLD-FM that Randle had been arrested for a Class B Misdemeanor theft $50-$500. Randle allegedly took about $80 in cologne and $40 in underwear. He was booked and released on bond at about 1:20 a.m. Tuesday morning.

In a backup role, Randle has been impressive this season; seems more decisive when he runs the ball. He looks leaner, faster and is averaging 7.1 yards per carry. He’s also come up big on special teams coverage a couple of times this season.

Last week Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said that he wanted to see more of Randle to give starting running back DeMarco Murray a break here and there. If I were making the calls, however, Randle would ride the pine until this thing gets settled.

I wonder why someone who makes that much money playing football would have to steal. Again, I don’t know the whole story, just like you, so at this point it’s all speculation. Maybe, he’s a kleptomaniac and needs serious help, but that was the first time he’s been caught.
