In their first matchup this year, the Seattle Seahawks travel to St. Louis to take on the Rams in an NFC West clash. These two teams don't like each other, and it usually is a physical game with tempers flaring between the division rivals. Here are my five bold predictions for this Week 7 game.

After picking off 28 passes last year, Seattle's defense only has two interceptions through five games. A lot of that is due to the team having faced some of the best quarterbacks in the NFL so far this year. Austin Davis isn't considered elite, but is known to take some risks down the field -- expect Earl Thomas to capitalize on those opportunities.

Making his NFL debut on Monday, Tre Mason rushed for 40 yards on only five carries -- his first carry could have gone all the way -- and caught a pass for 12 yards. Mason may be the most complete running back the Rams have, but he's still young and raw. Nevertheless, he seemed relevant in St. Louis' game plan in Week 6, and it's only a matter of time before one of those touches turns into a touchdown.

3. Marshawn Lynch Will Rush For 150-Plus

The Seahawks' offense is at its best when Marshawn Lynch is running the ball effectively. In Seattle's two losses, their offense has struggled to establish Beast Mode. The Rams are ranked 26th against the run, so it would be logical for the Seahawks to pound Lynch early in the game and feed off his presence. If he gets his carries, Lynch could run for over 150 yards on Sunday.

2. Robert Quinn Will Record Three Sacks

After 19 sacks last year, Robert Quinn has yet to record one in 2014. That should change this week against Seattle's shaky offensive line, as he's had success against them in the past. Quinn has posted six sacks on Russell Wilson the past two years (four games), so it would be logical to think that he'll put a hit or two on Wilson in this matchup.

This is one of those NFC West games that isn't going to light up a scoreboard. The Seahawks and Rams figure to play an ugly and close game, and it could come down to the final drive. After a disappointing home loss, Seattle regains their focus and gets a hard fought win on the road.
