Week 7 of the NFL season concludes on Monday with the Houston Texans taking on the Pittsburgh Steelers, but it is not too early to declare which teams were the biggest winners from this past weekend's action. These 10 teams were the most impressive in victory on Sunday.

The Jaguars finally got off the winless column with a 24-6 home win against the Cleveland Browns. Blake Bortles struggled and threw three interceptions, but the Jacksonville defense held the Browns to just 69 yards rushing and shut out Cleveland in the second half.

Despite losing both C.J. Spiller and Fred Jackson to injury, the Buffalo Bills mustered enough offense to secure a last-second 17-16 victory over the Minnesota Vikings. Sammy Watkins caught nine passes for 122 yards and two touchdowns, while the Bills' defense intercepted Teddy Bridgewater twice.

After a devastating home loss to Green Bay last week, the Miami Dolphins easily dispatched the Chicago Bears on the road. Ryan Tannehill had 325 yards of total offense and threw for two touchdowns while the Dolphins' defense sacked Jay Cutler four times, shutting down Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffery.

The St. Louis Rams used every trick in the book to defeat the defending Super Bowl champion Seattle Seahawks 28-26 at home. The Rams' special teams was outstanding, returning a punt for a touchdown and using a fake punt to run out the clock. Austin Davis completed 18-of-21 passes for two touchdowns and the defense sacked Russell Wilson three times.

A matchup between the defending NFC North and NFC South champions was no contest as the Packers dominated the Panthers 38-17. Green Bay jumped out to a 28-0 lead in the second quarter and never looked back. Aaron Rodgers completed 19-of-22 passes for three touchdowns, and the running game gained 122 yards against a stout Panthers front seven.

Down 23-10 with just under four minutes remaining to New Orleans, Detroit would have normally mailed it in, but not this time. Matthew Stafford completed two touchdown passes late in the game and the Lions rallied for 14 unanswered points to win 24-23. The Lions' defense also looked good against an elite quarterback, something they didn't see since Week 3.

The Dallas Cowboys were able to find some success this week and defeated the New York Giants, a team that has tortured the Cowboys in the past. DeMarco Murray ran for over 100 yards for the seventh consecutive game, while Tony Romo threw for three touchdown passes as the Cowboys won 31-21.

Facing the NFL's hottest team on the road, the Kansas City Chiefs earned a crucial 23-20 division win over the San Diego Chargers. Kansas City held Philip Rivers to just 205 yards passing, and the offense played flawless football against a tough Chargers defense.

After an 0-2 start to begin the season, Andrew Luck and the Indianapolis Colts have now won five straight after shutting out the Cincinnati Bengals 27-0. Luck threw for 344 yards and two touchdowns against a great Bengals defense, and the Colts held Andy Dalton to just 126 passing yards.

Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos had a historic night against the San Francisco 49ers. Manning threw for four touchdowns, passing Brett Favre for the most in NFL history, and the Broncos' defense held San Francisco to just 3-for-13 on third downs. Denver also recorded six sacks and ran for 115 yards against the 49ers' defense.
