In Sunday's 24-23 win over the New Orleans Saints, several Detroit Lions players had outstanding performances. Down 23-10 late in the fourth quarter, the Lions scored 14 unanswered points in the final four minutes to pull off a stunning comeback. These five Lions players played well in Week 7.

Corey Fuller wasn't targeted until the fourth quarter, but he made up for it late in the game. Fuller was targeted five times and recorded three receptions for 44 yards, including the game-winning touchdown with just over a minute remaining.

DeAndre Levy continues to build on what is an excellent season so far. Against the Saints, Levy led the Lion with 11 tackles, eight of which were unassisted.

James Ihedigbo continues to play at a high level for the Lions' defense. On Sunday, he recorded eight tackles, seven of which were unassisted, recorded Detroit's only sack of the game and recovered a fumble.

After being shut down in the first three quarters, Matthew Stafford came alive when the Lions needed him the most. In the final four minutes of the game, Stafford threw two touchdown passes, including the game-winner to Fuller with just over a minute remaining. Stafford finished the game 27-for-40 for 299 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions.

Golden Tate continues to play like a No. 1 receiver with Calvin Johnson's absence. Tate was targeted 13 times and finished with 10 receptions for 154 yards, including a 73-yard touchdown reception late in the fourth quarter.
