On Sunday, the Baltimore Ravens will travel to Ohio to take on the Cincinnati Bengals in a divisional game with major implications. Both teams have had their fair share of injuries, but there is a certain toe that could completely change the complexion of the game.

The Ravens actually have a light injury report as the weekend approaches. Tight end Owen Daniels and defensive lineman Chris Canty were the only non-participants at practice due to injury. Daniels hasn’t practiced all week, though the veteran is expected to play on Sunday as he deals with a knee injury. Canty, who had surgery on his wrist earlier this month, is considered doubtful and isn’t expected to play.

Baltimore will welcome the return of a pair of linemen, Kelechi Osemele and Eugene Monroe. Osemele has been dealing with a knee injury and hasn’t played in the last two games and Monroe will play for the first time in four weeks after undergoing arthroscopic knee surgery. Ravens’ fans have eagerly awaited Monroe’s return as undrafted free agent James Hurst has been shaky to say the least, racking up three holding penalties last week.

The Bengals have been riddled with injuries throughout the season and appear to be nearing full strength at last. All eyes are on A.J. Green, who hasn’t played since Week 2 as he suffers from turf toe. Green hasn’t participated in practice this week, but the Bengals are hopeful that the superstar receiver will be able to suit up on Sunday. His status is questionable, but with Cincinnati currently riding a three-game winless streak, Green’s presence on the field can easily lift the Bengals as they attempt to keep pace in the AFC North.

Only two Bengals were limited in practice on Thursday due to injury. Running back Gio Bernard is nursing a rib injury due to a shot he took last week, and defensive back Leon Hall came back to practice after suffering a back strain, also against the Indianapolis Colts last week. Both are expected to play this weekend barring a setback tomorrow.

Cincinnati linebacker Rey Maualuga is the only player on either team who has been officially ruled out at this point as he continues to deal with a hamstring injury suffered in Week 6. The Bengals were happy to see recently scrutinized linebacker Vontaze Burfict fully return to practice after injuring his neck while leading with his head on a tackle last week.
