One of the NFL’s best selling points is the fact that on any given Sunday, any player can break out and have a big game. Just think back to Monday night—who saw Mark Sanchez’s performance coming? Here are five players who will surprise in Week 11.

Even though he has been fazed out of the Browns’ running game in recent weeks, look for Tate to receive the bulk of the workload against his former team. As if he needed any extra motivation, Arian Foster is hoping to play on Sunday. You can bet that the Auburn product will stop at nothing to outperform his old teammate.

After taking the NFL by storm in his rookie year, Allen has been experiencing somewhat of a sophomore slump. Allen’s inability to stretch the field has been evident thus far, as he averages 10.1 yards per reception and hasn’t caught a pass of 25 yards. Facing an underwhelming Raiders pass defense in Week 11, expect Allen to eclipse 100 yards and double his current touchdown total.

3. Frank Gore

With questions about his age abound, Gore will take advantage of a great matchup against the league’s worst run defense. The Giants surrendered a jaw-dropping 314 yards on the ground last week; Gore is primed to log his third 100-yard game this season. Gore’s 23 carries in New Orleans indicates that the 49ers still have confidence in the veteran.

2. Janoris Jenkins

Jenkins is what Asante Samuel once was: a gambling, all-or-nothing ball-hawk who gives up as many big plays as he makes. Fully healed from a knee injury that kept him out for three weeks at the end of October and beginning of November, Jenkins is ready to have a good outing against Peyton Manning and the lethal Broncos aerial attack. The Florida product will log his fifth career pick-six.

Stanton has the support of head coach Bruce Arians, who piped up in the media last week by claiming the Cardinals can still win it all with Stanton at the reins. The fact of the matter is that Stanton has an outstanding supporting cast. Players like Andre Ellington and Larry Fitzgerald will help the veteran quarterback defeat the team that drafted him in Week 11.
