At this point, the redundancy is overwhelming. The Raiders entered their Week 11 matchup with the Chargers 0-9 on the season and left the building 0-10. The defense put together a solid outing, limiting the Chargers' offense to 13 points and generally making the day miserable for QB Philip Rivers. Once again though, the offense sputtered all day long. With that in mind then, here are five takeaways from Oakland's Week 11 loss.

It's really hard to believe that a full year has passed since the Oakland Raiders last won a football game. But it's true. The Raiders' last win came on Nov. 17, 2013 against the Houston Texans. Since then, they've lost 16 straight games, and with dates against San Francisco, Kansas City (twice), Denver, Buffalo and the Rams coming up, 0-16 is looking like a distinct possibility.

Much has been said about the Raiders' lack of a run game this season. And while it hasn't come close to living up to the expectations, much of the blame should be placed on the shoulders of OC Greg Olson, who continues to ignore it. In a close game against San Diego, Oakland had a total of 18 running plays. They had too many three-and-outs and bogged down the offense. Olson's poor play calling is responsible for Oakland's offensive woes.

While it didn't come against Peyton Manning as he'd hoped, the standout rookie LB notched his first career NFL sack when he took down San Diego QB Philip Rivers. Despite the lack of sacks, Mack has been a force on the Raiders' defense this season, and has made plays all over the field. But getting that monkey off his back had to feel good.

Given the fact that Olson and HC Tony Sparano have virtually taken the running game out of the team's playbook, the pressure and responsibility for moving Oakland's offense has fallen squarely upon the shoulders of rookie QB Derek Carr. While Carr has responded reasonably well given the circumstances, and has shown signs of how great he can be for the team, he can't do it all. He needs help, and the coaches aren't giving it to him.

The Raiders have no identity. From week-to-week, we don't know what to expect because the coaching staff has done nothing to give this team an identity. They have plenty of very productive, valuable pieces, but the team has done nothing to play to their strengths. Their game planning seems done on the fly and their play calling is shoddy at best. That is a lethal mix of ineptitude that has doomed this team and helps explain the 0-10 mark.
