In another big NFL Week 13 divisional matchup, the AFC West-leading Denver Broncos travel to the Show Me State to face the Kansas City Chiefs. The Broncos currently lead the division and, perhaps just as importantly, they own the tiebreaker between the two teams.

This one goes down under the bright lights of primetime, and here's what you can expect on Sunday night at 8:30 p.m. EST.

Against the Miami Dolphins' 11th-ranked run defense, C.J. Anderson ran 27 times for 164 yards and a TD. The Chiefs have the NFL's 26th-ranked defense against the run, and it should surprise no one if Anderson rumbles for 150-plus yards again in Week 13.

Diagnosed with suspected lymphoma and placed on the non-football illness list earlier this week, the loss of Eric Berry will be felt throughout the franchise both on the field and off.

Let's wish upon the young man a speedy recovery.

The Broncos boast the league's second-best run defense, but Jamaal Charles will run through them with a purpose not seen by Denver's defense all season. Charles is close to teammate Eric Berry, and No. 25 will be playing for his comrade on Sunday.

Elite athletes rally in circumstances like these, and Charles is as elite as they come.

Hampered by an ankle injury that has him currently listed as "Out" for Sunday's game against the Chiefs, Julius Thomas should be good to go, and if he is, expect him to shine on the national stage.

With Berry sidelined, the seam will be wide open for Peyton Manning and Thomas to exploit and they will do just that.

These division games are usually close, hard-fought contests, so with that in mind, I see the Broncos leading this game behind Manning's 350-plus yards passing and four TDs. But Charles scores on the final possession of the game to win it for, you guessed it, Eric Berry.

This Sunday in primetime, Manning's magic has nothing on Berry's omnipresence; Chiefs win 45-42.
