Get excited for the 2-9 Titans taking on the 5-6 Texans for the battle of AFC South mediocrity! Though it may come as a surprise to some, this game might actually be very exciting. Here are five bold predictions to show just how exciting this game could be.

5. Bishop Sankey Has His First 100-Yard Game

While the numbers may not show it, Sankey has been running pretty well for the Titans his rookie season. Going up against the Texans’ 18th-ranked run defense will certainly help Sankey’s success on the ground. Look for him to record his first 100-yard game.

The Texans have the second-worst pass defense in football, and you can bet the Titans will try to exploit that. But sadly, all those passing attempts just gives Watt more time to try and sack the quarterback. After recording two sacks in their first visit, I’d expect Watt to take his game one step further against the Titans. Maybe this time he’ll actually take a sack selfie.

Foster has been out the past two weeks with a groin injury, and my fantasy team has suffered greatly because of it. But with all signs pointing to a Week 13 return, Foster will be back in the lineup and quickly paying dividends against a Titans team he always finds success against. I’m thinking he'll put up 80 yards on the ground with 50-plus yards catching and multiple TDs.

2. Zach Mettenberger Outshines Whoever Texans Starts At QB

With Ryan Mallett getting injured against the Bengals last weekend, coach Bill O'Brien has yet to pick a starting quarterback to face the Titans. It doesn’t matter, however, as neither Ryan Fitzpatrick or Tom Savage are man enough to go against the beast that is Zach Mettenberger and live to tell the tale. It helps that the Texans can’t defend against the pass.

While their record doesn't show it, the Titans are a talented team and the Texans are quickly trending downwards. Combine these two things, and you're bound to get an excellent game where you have no idea what's happening but somehow someone wins the game. That'll be the Titans with something like a kick return for touchdown or safety, or something epic like that.
