Week 13 MatchupTennessee Titans (2-9) vs. Houston Texans (5-6)

TV Schedule: Sunday, Nov. 30, 1:00 p.m. ET, CBS

Stadium: NRG Stadium

Line: Houston (-6)

While the Tennessee Titans are one of the worst teams in the league, the Houston Texans desperately need to keep winning to keep pace in their division, where they trail the Indianapolis Colts by a couple of games.

Houston still has to play the Colts one more time, so that could help some, assuming it wins. Unfortunately, that game will be played away from home. Not to mention, the Texans couldn’t even manage a victory at home when the two teams met up earlier in the year. And just like that, Houston needs a new QB again. Ryan Mallett is done for the year.

Luckily for Houston, though, Tennessee is riding a five game-losing streak into this game, and the Texans will also be playing in front of their fans. Although the Texans haven’t been having the best season in team history or anything like that, Tennessee has been that much worse and has absolutely no shot at winning the division or making the playoffs.

These teams already battled it out once this year. To no one’s surprise, Houston won that game by the score of 30-16. So, if the Texans didn’t have any problem beating Tennessee on the road, they really should have no problem winning at home. Then again, Mallett going down for the season probably doesn’t get fans or the team too pumped up.

PREDICTION: Titans 16, Texans 23
