There is a decent chance that both Geno Smith and Michael Vick will not be back with Gang Green next season, leaving an opening at the position. Making a move for Griffin could re-energize the Jets' fanbase.

This would be the ultimate slap in the face and probably the most comical outcome. The Redskins traded three first-round picks and a second-round selection to the Rams for Griffin, and will not come even close to that return even if they are able to deal him. St. Louis needs a change at quarterback, and Griffin could be their man.

There may be no better offense for Griffin to be in, and with no long-term commitments to Nick Foles or Mark Sanchez, the Eagles could swoop in and make a play for him.
