Week 13 will on on Monday as the Miami Dolphins take on the New York Jets, but most fans know which coaches are in precarious positions. With several teams laying eggs this past week, their seats are starting to heat up and won't cool down unless a prolonged winning streak takes place. Here are the top five NFL coaches on the hot seat heading into Week 14.

Ron Rivera made all the right moves last year, but nothing is working in Carolina in all phases of the game this season. In a 31-13 loss, the Panthers had two punts blocked and returned for touchdowns, while the team forced zero turnovers off Vikings rookie QB Teddy Bridgewater. If not for a historically-weak NFC South, the Panthers would be playing for the No. 1 pick instead of a division title.

After two wins against Tampa Bay and Minnesota at home, Marc Trestman's Chicago Bears fell back to earth against Detroit. In a 34-17 loss, the Bears' defense, which had been a sore subject all year, gave up 481 yards of total offense and the running game only gained 13 yards on eight carries. Trestman's fate was already sealed when his team was blown out and quit in Green Bay a few weeks back.

Tom Coughlin's topsy-turvy tenure in New York hit an all-time low on Sunday. The Giants held a 21-3 halftime lead against the hapless Jaguars, but two fumble returns for touchdowns allowed the Jags to comeback and win 25-24. The Giants are now 3-9 on the season and are currently riding a seven-game losing streak.

Since the 2010 season, when the Pittsburgh Steelers reached Super Bowl XLV, Mike Tomlin's team has slowly digressed and looked awful on Sunday against New Orleans. In a 35-32 loss, the Steelers gave up five passing touchdowns to Drew Brees and 400 total yards of offense, a number that would have been unacceptable back in the day.

In a rematch of last year's NFC Championship game, Jim Harbaugh's San Francisco 49ers laid an egg against Seattle. In a 19-3 loss, the offense managed only 100 net passing yards and 164 total yards. With a growing rift between Harbaugh and management, there are now rumors that Harbaugh is only being kept for trade purposes.
