The Chicago Bears and Dallas Cowboys square off on national television Thursday night. Most experts think the Cowboys will win and win easily, but how will the game play out? Here are five bold predictions for Bears vs. Cowboys.

5. DeMarco Murray Will Be Held Under 100 Yards

It doesn’t seem that bold, but being that it’s only happened twice in 12 games, it would be a surprise. As bad as the Bears defense is, their run defense is solid, Murray has shouldered a ridiculous workload and may be starting to run out of gas. He may get past his season low of 73 yards, but I don’t see Murray gaining more than 80-90 yards.

Bears fans will have plenty to scream about on Friday. Cutler may throw for 250 yards, but he’s not going to covert consistently on third downs and will turn the ball over at least twice. As this season has progressed, Cutler looks less and less like a franchise quarterback and more and more like Jeff George.

3. Dez Bryant Will Have His Best Game of Season

That won’t be easy, being that Bryant had 158 yards and two touchdowns against the Jaguars, but the Bears simply do not have the personnel to contain him. Bryant is going to have somewhere near 10 catches and approach 200 yards receiving in the game. Expect one, probably two touchdowns for him as well.

2. Tony Romo Will Be Knocked Out of the Game

The Bears' defensive line is going to be able to put some pressure on Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo and his back is clearly bothering him based on his performance against the Eagles. Jared Allen and Stephen Paea are going to hit him a few times from behind, and one of them in the second half is going to keep him from finishing the game.

This is hardly bold, but I have to give you a game prediction, right? The Cowboys won’t have much trouble with Chicago, and even if Romo is knocked out, the game will be well in hand by then and they will cruise to a victory in Chicago. Cowboys 34, Bears 20.
