Colts vs. Browns NFL Week 14: TV Schedule, Betting Lines, Prediction
Week 14 Matchup: Indianapolis Colts (8-4) vs. Cleveland Browns (7-5)
TV Schedule: Sunday, Dec. 7, 1:00 p.m. ET, CBS
Stadium: FirstEnergy Stadium
Line: Indianapolis (-4.5)
Believe it or not, the Indianapolis Colts and Cleveland Browns could have the same record entering Week 15 of the NFL season. That is if the Browns can pull off the upset in Week 14.
Indy has a decent lead in its division, but it has to continue to win to keep the pressure on other teams trailing it. It never hurts to enter the playoffs on a hot streak or getting home-field advantage either. Luckily for the Colts, they enter this one on a two-game winning streak. With that said, those two victories haven’t come against the most elite teams the NFL has to offer, but wins are wins.
Cleveland isn’t coming off the best performance, as it lost 26-10 against the Buffalo Bills last game. At the very least, the fans did get to see Johnny Manziel in action last game. He also scored a touchdown, so that is always a good sign. The Browns could still win their division, but everyone is trailing the Cincinnati Bengals in the AFC North.
Beating a team like the Colts would certainly help out quite a bit, but I just don’t see it from the Browns. Indy’s offense is just too good. If it is clicking on all cylinders, the Browns won’t have an answer. Coming off a 49-point outing, something tells me the Colts are going to score a touchdown or two in this one, and get the road victory.
PREDICTION: Colts 32, Browns 21
