Ravens vs. Dolphins NFL Week 14: TV Schedule, Betting Lines, Prediction
Week 14 Matchup: Baltimore Ravens (7-5) vs. Miami Dolphins (7-5)
TV Schedule: Sunday, Dec. 7, 1:00 p.m. ET, CBS
Stadium: Sun Life Stadium
Line: Miami (-3)
If you are a team competing for a spot in the playoffs, this is exactly the game you want to be in. The Miami Dolphins and Baltimore Ravens both still have a great shot at making the playoffs, but a loss in this game could spell doom.
Baltimore lost by one point to the San Diego Chargers last game. Needless to say, that one stings a little bit. Ideally, the Ravens would just win out, but who knows if they will actually do that. Miami is one of the toughest games left on the schedule for Baltimore, so winning this one would certainly give it plenty of confidence going forward.
The Dolphins cannot afford to drop this one. They will play the New England Patriots in Week 15, and you almost have to chalk that one up as a loss with the way Tom Brady and co. have been playing. With that said, Miami did beat the Patriots way back in Week 1. Realistically, the Dolphins should have no problem beating Minnesota and the New York Jets in their last two games, but losing the two before that could be the end of this team’s playoff hopes.
While both teams have certainly had decent seasons up to this point, Miami struggled against the Jets last game. In the end, I see Baltimore winning this contest on the road and then eventually making the playoffs.
PREDICTION: Ravens 21, Dolphins 14
