The 2014 season is far from over for the Denver Broncos, but it doesn’t hurt to take a look at the needs they’ll have in next year’s draft. As long as Peyton Manning is around, the window to win a Super Bowl is open, and that means Denver needs to use the draft to fill the holes they have that can help them to win now. Here are Denver’s top five needs in the 2015 NFL Draft.

Julius Thomas is a free agent and he may be difficult to re-sign, so the Broncos may need to look for a replacement in the draft.

The Broncos have been piecing it together at middle linebacker for the past few seasons, and it may finally be time to make a major upgrade at that position.

Rahim Moore is likely on his way out of Denver in free agency this offseason, creating a hole the Broncos will need to plug in the draft. They don't necessarily need to use a high draft pick on a safety as the Broncos are strong at cornerback and have T.J. Ward at one safety spot, but grabbing a mid-round player who can step in right away and contribute is key.

Terrance Knighton is another player who Denver may not be able to retain when he hits free agency this offseason, making defensive tackle another hole the Broncos may have to plug in the draft. Denver will need someone they can pair with Sylvester Williams up the middle, and even if they can find a way to re-sign Knighton, the Broncos will need to add depth up front through the draft.

The offensive line has been an issue for the Broncos for much of the season, making it the top position they need to address during the offseason. They've pieced it together somewhat over the course of the season, but the Broncos are going to need to use multiple draft picks on offensive linemen in 2015, and it may be time to dedicate a first-round pick to an offensive lineman to help improve the pass protection in front of Peyton Manning.
