The Washington Redskins are a team with plenty of holes on the current roster, and they have a 4-11 record to prove it. The Redskins will have an opportunity to address these needs in the 2015 NFL Draft and begin rebuilding for the future. Washington will finally have a first-round pick in 2015 and should consider using that pick on the following positions.

5. Quarterback

The Redskins must address the quarterback situation in the offseason, whether they do so through the draft or not. We've seen before that Washington will do whatever it takes to get the guy they want, and Marcus Mariota or Jameis Winston could be on the team's radar. Depending on what the Redskins do with Robert Griffin III in the offseason, the team could be looking for a quarterback in the draft.

4. Offensive Guard

The Washington offensive line has allowed the second-most sacks in the NFL this season, and it's imperative that the team adds more talent and depth to this unit. Only Trent Williams is an above average player on Washington's offensive line. A couple of options are A.J. Cann from South Carolina, Josue Matias from Florida State and Arie Kouandjio from Alabama.

3. Free Safety

The Redskins' pass defense has been awful this season, allowing 33 passing touchdowns on the season. Ryan Clark is past his prime and will be a free agent next season, so Washington would be wise to look elsewhere for a replacement. A few players the team should target in the draft are Gerod Holliman from Louisville and Cody Prewitt from Ole Miss.

2. Offensive Tackle

The most glaring weakness on the Redskins' offense is at right tackle. The combination of Tyler Polumbus and Tom Compton simply hasn't done the job this season, and rookie Morgan Moses was awful in his only start against San Fransisco. The Redskins need to build this team from the inside out, beginning in the trenches. Brandon Scherff from Iowa would be a great choice.

For too long, the Redskins have lacked a playmaker in the secondary. The NFL has evolved into a passing league, and defending quarterbacks and receivers must be a priority. Washington needs to adapt to the changes around the league and draft a safety in the upcoming draft. Alabama's Landon Collins is the best available, and the Redskins would be smart to take him.
