With Chip Kelly now in complete control, it will be extremely interesting to see which players he decides to keep or discard for the Philadelphia Eagles. Kelly and the front office will have some difficult decisions to make, as salary cap space needs to be cleared. Here are 10 players who could be leaving.

For a guy who is due $ 4 million with the same cap hit amount, it seems very unlikely that Casey will be back in 2015. He played sparingly throughout his two seasons in Philadelphia, and the team can easily find a cheaper option for their third tight end spot.

The Eagles will think long and hard about cutting Herremans and his $ 5.2 million cap hit. However, having a solid offensive line is as important as it gets. It is also not a bad thing to have depth there as well.

Final Decision: Stay

8. Brandon Graham, OLB/DE

Graham had his best professional season in 2014, and he made it clear that he sees himself as more of a 4-3 defensive end as opposed to a 3-4 rushing linebacker. He is in position to get overpaid.

Final Decision: Go

7. Riley Cooper, WR

It is a no-brainer for the Eagles to bring Jeremy Maclin back, so he does not even make this list. Cooper, on the other hand, has a $ 4.8 million cap hit, and his play in 2014 does not warrant that type of money, making him a potential cap-casualty.

Final Decision: Go

6. Nate Allen, S

If you follow the Eagles, you know the team needs serious help in the secondary. Allen is coming off a one-year deal, and fans may not like to hear this, but there is a decent chance he returns on a similar deal next season. It will be tough to fill three spots in the secondary, and Allen may be the guy who is not pushed out.

Final Decision: Stay

Hopefully Kelly has had all he can take with Williams' defensive penalties. Williams would be the fourth-highest paid player on the team in 2015. He is simply not worth that.

Final Decision: Go

4. Trent Cole, OLB

Cole is the longest-tenured Eagle, and his days are clearly numbered, as he has declined as a player and has an $ 8.4 million cap hit. There is no chance he will back on that number, but there is definitely a chance for Cole and the team to work out a restructured deal, especially if Graham leaves.

Final Decision: Stay

3. DeMeco Ryans, LB

This is a very interesting name. Kelly went out of his way to state that he wants Ryans back, but at 31 years old, coming off a major Achilles injury and holding a $ 6.9 million cap hit, there is no guarantee. There is no denying how important he is to the defense on and off the field, so there is definitely a solid chance Ryans returns in 2015.

Final Decision: Stay

2. Bradley Fletcher, CB

Fletcher quickly became one of the most disliked Eagles among fans in 2014. There is not much of a decision here. The entire city of Philadelphia may have a panic attack if Fletcher is re-signed.

Final Decision: Go

It is funny how a player can rush for the third-most yards in the NFL, along with that total being the second-most he has accumulated throughout his career, and have that be considered a down year. That was the case for McCoy in 2014, who rushed for 1,319 yards. The issue is he holds a $ 11.95 cap hit in 2015, which will need to be reworked somehow.
