Now that Jameis Winston has declared for the 2015 NFL Draft, it's time to take a look at 10 teams in need of help at quarterback that should consider selecting the Florida State star a few months from now.

The fact that Connor Shaw threw more passing yards (177) in one game than Johnny Manziel did all season (175) shows just how much of a bust the Johnny Manziel experiment was in 2014. Once again, the Cleveland Browns enter the 2015 NFL Draft in need of a quarterback and one can only imagine the chaos of the possibility of Manziel and Winston on the same roster.

While most teams are in need of help at the quarterback position, the Philadelphia Eagles are in a different situation compared to most teams where they may already have their quarterback of the future in Nick Foles--they're just not fully convinced yet.

Chip Kelly may look for a better fit at quarterback in his offensive system and it wouldn't be a surprise if the head coach at least considered Winston.

Things were so bad for the offense of the Chicago Bears in 2014, Jay Cutler was even benched for one game--despite his hefty contract.

While it seems unlikely the Bears will give up on Cutler, there's still that small chance the teams will accept the financial loss and part ways with him this offseason.

7. Houston Texans

With a better quarterback, there's a good chance the Houston Texans would have made the playoffs in 2014. Instead, the Texans were forced to start three different quarterbacks throughout the regular season and despite throwing six touchdown passes in a single game--it's clear Ryan Fitzpatrick is far from the answer at quarterback for the Texans.

Could Winston be the answer?

The St. Louis Rams have wasted so much money on Sam Bradford over the years with all of his injuries, it would be foolish for them not to move on in the 2015 NFL Draft by selecting a new quarterback.

Winston clearly has to work on his maturity and Jeff Fisher may be the perfect coach to help him adjust to the big leagues.

Kirk Cousins has made it clear he would like to be traded from the Washington Redskins if Robert Griffin III is named the starting quarterback next season. Obviously, it would be wise for the Redskins to keep Cousins and move on from Griffin instead, but in case they end up trading Cousins--Washington could be looking for another quarterback in the draft.

4. Buffalo Bills

The Buffalo Bills were pleased with Kyle Orton helping the team finish with a 9-7 record this season. The only problem is Orton surprised the team by retiring after the regular season finale and now the team must figure out their quarterback situation once again heading into 2015.

The Bills shocked the world two years ago by selecting another Florida State quarterback in EJ Manuel--so could we see history repeat itself?

Geno Smith appeared in 14 games for the New York Jets this season and in those 14 games, he only threw for multiple touchdowns twice.

If the Jets think Smith is their quarterback of the future, they clearly won't be playoff contenders any time soon.

2. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have plenty of questions surrounding whether or not Josh McCown should be the team's quarterback next season and unfortunately, Mike Glennon hasn't given the team anything to brag about either.

For the sake of the NFL in general, we hope the Buccaneers wouldn't use the first overall pick on Winston, but with all of the uncertainty at quarterback--the Florida State star is someone to consider later on in the draft.

1. Tennessee Titans

To say the offense of the Tennessee Titans was horrendous in 2014 would be the understatement of the year.

This was a really, really bad football team as the Titans were forced to start Jake Locker, Charlie Whitehurst, and Zach Mettenberger. With the way things went this season, Winston would be a better option than any three of these other options at quarterback.
