The Oakland Raiders will have a ton of cap space over the 2015 offsets,n and that is extremely important considering the 2015 free agent class is one of the best in recent memory. With another top 5 in the 2015 NFL Draft and money to blow, the Raiders could be much more competitive in 2015 than previously thought. That said, here are five free agents the Raiders should sign.

In 2011, Jason Pierre-Paul's second season in the NFL, he took the league by storm with a 16.5-sack season and 87 tackles. Pierre-Paul has much potential, but he hasn't been the same player he was in 2011. Over the offseason, Pierre-Paul will want a lot of money and the New York Giants are unlikely to break the bank for him. Pierre-Paul could become his 2011 self with a reunion with Justin Tuck.

With Derek Carr the man for the future, it is now up to general manager Reggie McKenzie to surround him with talent, and he must first address the tight end position. Mychal Rivera shows potential, but Virgil Green could become a superstar for the Raiders. Though he's behind Julius Thomas and Jacob Tamme in the depth chart, he could become a playmaker in Oakland.

3. Knowshon Moreno

It's a shame that Knowshon Moreno got injured in 2014 after getting signed by the Miami Dolphins. Moreno is a good running back and he has the ability to help out Carr tremendously. The Raiders need a running back and the trio of Latavius Murray, Darren McFadden, and Maurice Jones-Drew couldn't get it done in 2014. Moreno would be a playmaker for this team.

2. Nick Fairley

Nick Fairley is a huge presence in the middle of the field. Unfortunately, Fairley hasn't been able to show his worth in his contract season because of injury. But that doesn't mean teams should shy away from him. Fairley is the perfect one-technique defensive tackle and he would fit perfectly in Oakland's 4-3 scheme.

The Raiders brought in James Jones last offseason and he proved that he was nothing more than a No. 2 receiver. Carr needs more playmakers and bringing in a guy like Randall Cobb would be perfect for this offense. Cobb is an amazing route-runner and he is very quarterback-friendly. The Raiders could use a guy like Cobb in their offense for the foreseeable future.
