The Tampa Bay Buccaneers' offseason revolves around their No. 1 overall pick in the draft, but they can also make a splash in free agency. It is a roster that clearly needs improvement, and there are plenty of free agents who could help them. Here are five players Tampa Bay should target this offseason.

Tampa Bay is expected to take either Marcus Mariota or Jameis Winston with the first pick. It would be wise for the Buccaneers to give either quarterback as many weapons as possible to ease the transition to the NFL. Eddie Royal would be a nice fit in the slot between Mike Evans and Vincent Jackson.

Lovie Smith wants to build a defensive team in Tampa Bay which means they need to bring in some talent this offseason. One of their biggest needs is at safety, and Antrel Rolle will be available. Rolle would give them a veteran presence in the secondary and would be an upgrade over their current safeties.

Tampa Bay needs to improve their offensive line if they are going to have a rookie quarterback next year. Orlando Franklin will be one of the best available linemen in free agency. He has stated that he wants to stay with the Broncos, but that may not be possible with what's happening right now in Denver. Tampa Bay would love to get a chance at Franklin.

Opposing teams were able to routinely pass on Tampa Bay this past season. Kareem Jackson would help solve that problem as he will be one of the top available cornerbacks this offseason. He had three interceptions for the Texans in 2014, and the Buccaneers' defense would take a big step up if they were able to sign him.

Signing King Dunlap would be huge for Tampa Bay as they try to make the jump from the bottom of the NFC South. He would be able to protect whichever rookie quarterback they go with and give them some much-needed leadership. The only issue for Dunlap has been injuries, but he has proven to be a good offensive tackle when healthy.
