The Houston Texans' 2014 season turned out to be not as bad as people expected. Coming off of a season where they only scored two wins in 2013, 2014 can be looked at as a success in comparison. Although things got better, the Texans still have much room for improvement, especially on the offensive end. These are the five changes the Houston Texans need to make for the 2015 season.

The Texans went through quarterback after quarterback and never found a stable enough player for that position because of injuries and inefficiency. Although, having to change things around and mix in different quarterbacks turned out beneficial for the team.

Arian Foster is great, but the Texans fall short in running backs. Foster was getting it done when he could, but he fought plenty of injuries this season. The fact that the Texans' best running back’s 2014 season was filled with plenty of injuries is a cause for concern.

3. Tight End Usage

In general, the Texans need a better offense. Tight ends don’t seem to matter much in Houston. They targeted their tight ends the least in games amongst all other teams in the league. Only 22 percent of their salary cap was allocated to tight ends, and they should re-evaluate that.

2. Lacking Wide Receiver

The quarterback needs someone to pass the ball to. Deandre Hopkins was the shining star amongst the Texans' wide receivers, but the 2015 free agency brings a lot of prospects.

1. Draft Picks

Jadaveon Clowney picked at No. 1 was a mistake. His junior year of college was not as efficient, as his sophomore year and his unfortunate injuries led to his bust of a rookie year. Clowney never should’ve been taken first, especially when they had a bad offense in 2013. The Texans have the 16th pick in the 2015 draft, and it better be someone to assist their offense.
