The workouts haven't even started, yet headlines are already being made at the Combine. From the first measurements being taken, to coaches and general managers taking center stage, several questions were answered. Here's a look at the day's top six takeaways from the Combine.

This announcement was expected. New head coach John Fox ran a 3-4 defense in Denver, so it was just a matter of time before he officially announced the Chicago Bears would use the same front. The question now becomes who on the current roster doesn't fit this scheme. Jared Allen will be a popular name thrown out there, as he is much better suited for a 4-3 defense. Other players, such as Shea McClellin, should improve because of the change.

Despite struggling at times in 2014, the former first-round pick will remain at right tackle for the San Diego Chargers. This according to general manager Tom Telesco, who made the announcement today at the Combine. Even with Fluker on the right side, the team will need to address the left tackle position. King Dunlap is a free agent, so San Diego may look to the draft to find his replacement. With pick No. 17, Ereck Flowers would be a great fit.

The first position groups to be measured were tight ends, offensive linemen and specialists. Several measurements stood out. The arms of potential first-round tackles Brandon Scherff, La'el Collins and D.J. Humphries all measured at less than the 34 inches many teams prefer in a left tackle. The good news is there are tackles who have had success with shorter arms. Jake Long and Joe Thomas are two prime examples.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers' general manager Jason Licht admitted the team has a favorite between Jameis Winston and Marcus Mariota. While he didn't say who, Jameis Winston is the favorite. Head coach Lovie Smith said he felt comfortable with Winston and that the Florida State QB shouldn't be punished for mistakes he made in school. While I don't believe the defensive-minded coach is on-board with drafting a QB No. 1, he may be overruled by Licht.

Cleveland Browns head coach Mike Pettine answered several questions about troubled QB Johnny Manziel. The most intriguing response he gave was when he stated the Browns will look for a starting QB this offseason. Whether or not that means the team has moved on from Manziel is unknown, but Cleveland is at least exploring other options. If the team falls in love with Winston or Mariota, they have the picks to trade up.

Well before the Redskins take the field in a regular season game, Jay Gruden named Robert Griffin III the team's starting QB. He made the statement very nonchalantly and added an "obviously" at the end of his answer. This could be Gruden's way of getting the media to stop asking him questions regarding the team's QB situation, but what other option does the team have? Drafting Brandon Scherff at No. 5 to protect Griffin makes a lot of sense.
