Philadelphia Inquirer Pokes Fan at Chip Kelly’s Affinity for Oregon Players

We all knew this was coming. After the Philadelphia Eagles and Chip Kelly pulled off a trade with the Buffalo Bills for Kiko Alonso in return for LeSean McCoy, you just knew there would be some backlash. Kelly, the former head coach of the Oregon Ducks, found a way to add Alonso, a former Ducks player, to his roster. That makes nine different former Oregon players now on the Eagles roster.

So, as Adam Schefter pointed out, the Philadelphia Inquirer decided to poke some fun at Kelly’s affinity for his former players.

Let’s just say the Philadelphia Inquirer nailed it.
