Depending on what happens with Jahri Evans and Ben Grubbs, the Saints may be in the market for a replacement guard. Clint Boling would be an affordable upgrade at the position.

The Saints don’t necessarily need another wide receiver, but if they can land a guy like Michael Crabtree at a discounted price, you better believe they’ll give it a shot. Having a talent like Crabtree on the receiving end of passes from Drew Brees would be a frightening prospect for opposing secondaries.

Having a big, gap-filling, run-stopping defensive tackle is all but essential in today’s NFL, and “Pot Roast” certainly fits that bill. Terrance Knighton excelled in Jack Del Rio’s defense and is a much more affordable option than the top free agents like Ndamukong Suh. If the price to land him stays low enough, expect the Saints to make a serious push.
