2015 will be a make-or-break season for a lot of members of the Washington Redskins organization. They need to get it off to a good start by having a successful draft. Here are five sleepers that they should target deep in the draft.

Louis Trinca-Pasat had good production in college and was a high energy player. The box that he doesn't check off is the natural physical ability. Trinca-Pasat's relentlessness will serve him well at the next level, especially as a late-round pick.

The Redskins have to give Robert Griffin III as much protection as they can in order to fully evaluate him. Terry Poole will be a sixth or seventh-round pick and is worth taking a chance on. He played on the left side in college but will get moved to right tackle or guard in the NFL. He is a hard worker who could provide depth as he develops.

Anthony Jefferson did a little bit of everything in college for UCLA. His best bet in the pros will be a safety, which is an area of need for the Redskins. Jefferson was seen as a team leader in college, and Washington could certainly use more leaders in their locker room.

2. Ladarius Gunter, CB, Miami

Washington needs a lot of help in the secondary. They should be looking to draft multiple corners, and Ladarius Gunter would be a good choice in the fifth round. He has good size for a cornerback and showed strong hands in college. Gunter would have a chance to make an immediate impact for the Redskins based on what their pass defense looked like last season.

It is another deep draft for wide receivers, and the Redskins will be able to grab a quality player in the late rounds. Rannell Hall has the right combination of athleticism and toughness to make him a good slot receiver in the pros. Hall projects to be a fifth or sixth-round pick.

Eddie Lacy Could Barely Handle 30-Yard Run

Eddie Lacy is a short yardage specialist, and when he breaks these long runs he definitely will come out of the game every time. This huge run setup the Packers' go-ahead touchdown and they would never look back. Lacy would get his later in the game.
