Yes, the Oakland Raiders didn’t want to re-sign wide receiver Denarius Moore after his contract expired this offseason. However, the Cincinnati Bengals should be thankful, because now they’re getting a quality pass-catcher with the potential to develop into a starter.
Per club source, WR Denarius Moore signing a one-year deal with the Bengals, as @AdamSchefter said.

During his four-year NFL career, Moore has shown glimpses of greatness. Unfortunately, most of them have been followed up with moments of major disappointment and underachieving from the explosive wide receiver.
With the Bengals, Moore will get another opportunity to prove he can be a playmaker in the NFL.
Surrounded by quality wide receivers such as A.J Green, Marvin Jones and Mohamed Sanu will take a lot of pressure off of Moore, who was at one point expected to be the star in Oakland. With less pressure on his shoulders to carry the passing game, Moore should thrive in a complementary role in Cincinnati.
When he’s on his game, Moore brings plenty of athleticism, speed and explosiveness to an offense. There have been some moments where his motor has come into question, but there’s no denying the talent to make plays is there.
With a veteran coaching staff (including Hue Jackson, who coached him in Oakland), a decent quarterback in Andy Dalton and plenty of talent surrounding him, Moore is in a great position to succeed with the Bengals. If he struggles, then Cincinnati can move on and still be in the same situation they were before his signing.
If Moore plays up to his potential and finds some motivation in Cincinnati, he’ll become a mainstay in the Bengals’ offense.
