Now that he’s officially out of rehab, Johnny Manziel has a long way to go when it comes to proving himself as a quarterback for the Cleveland Browns–especially when it comes to gaining the trust of his teammates. It’s only been a few days since Manziel has left rehab, but if the photo below is accurate–there may be more concerns brewing out of Cleveland over Manziel and his party habits.

Obviously, it’s difficult to tell from this angle whether or not this is actually Manziel and the last thing anyone in Cleveland wants to see is a photo of the former first-round pick at the bar only a few days after leaving rehab. For the sake of all the work he’s put towards turning his career around, we hope it’s not actually Manziel in the photo.
Still, you can’t ignore the fact that the individual in the photo does look a lot like Manziel. But like we said, this angle makes it extremely difficult to determine if this is actually Manziel and anything at this point is just speculation–so we’ll just have to wait this one out and see.
