The Oakland Raiders are thought to be taking a WR or a pass rusher with the No. 4 pick. However, rumors suggest that Oakland is perfectly fine with trading down to somewhere around No. 10, and taking DeVante Parker as their wideout of the future. It'll be a gutsy move to pass on top-four talent, but it could pay gigantic dividends depending on what they get for their first round pic.

Any time the Raiders are selecting in the NFL Draft, there's a good chance they will be drafting for need no matter who they take. Yeah, WR is probably their biggest weakness, but their defense is essentially equally barren. Thus, at No. 4, Oakland could easily decide to take the safe route with defensive lineman Leonard Williams out of USC.

There's a feeling among draft scholars that if Jameis Winston and Marcus Mariota go at No. 1 and No. 2, Jacksonville would then take Leonard Williams, and Oakland would take Dante Fowler. Jr. to fortify the pass rush instead of a skill player. This could make some sense, but is mainly circumstance-driven.

For a good chunk of time this offseason, it appeared as if West Virginia's Kevin White had supplanted the aforementioned Cooper as the top WR talent of the 2015 class. Logically, most mock drafts during that time period had White as a virtual certainty to join the Raiders. Now, as mentioned, it appears Cooper is the big deal, and White could fall out of the top ten.
