The Miami Dolphins believe they are poised to have a breakout season after signing Ndamukong Suh. They might be right if they follow it up with a solid draft and make the best of their six picks. They don't have a third or seventh-round selection, but the Dolphins do have two sixth-rounders. Here is what they might do with each of their picks.

Round 1: Trae Waynes, CB, Michigan State

Miami needs some help in the secondary, and Trae Waynes is the best cornerback in the draft. He has good size and ran the fastest 40 time of all the corners at the Combine. Waynes has the potential to be a true No. 1 corner in the league.

Round 2: Devin Smith, WR, Ohio State

The Dolphins replaced Mike Wallace with Kenny Stills in the offseason, but they could still use another receiver. Devin Smith is one of the best downfield receivers in the draft. He needs to develop more as an all-around route runner, and he has the physical tools to do so. Smith would give Miami a nice trio of young wide receivers to help out Ryan Tannehill.

Round 4: Mark Glowinski, OG, West Virginia

Miami needs a physical guard to their offensive line, and Mark Glowinski should be sitting there in the fourth round for them. He is a former tackle with a lot of intelligence and toughness. Based on their current offensive line, he should have a chance to start by the end of the year.

Round 5: Thomas Rawls, RB, Central Michigan

Thomas Rawls began his career at Michigan before transferring to Central Michigan. He is very talented but has some red flags. He's been suspended after being charged with three felonies and also missed their bowl game for academic reasons. He is a case of weighing his talent versus his off the field issues. Miami could use another running back, so this would be a worthwhile risk in the fifth round.

Round 6: Martrell Spaight, OLB, Arkansas

Martrell Spaight started his career in junior college where he was a two-time All-American. He only started one year at Arkansas, which makes it harder for teams to scout him. Spaight is an aggressive player and is much better against the run than the pass. He would give Miami some linebacker depth and a possible special teams player.

Round 6: Xavier Williams, DT, Northern Iowa

The Dolphins should look to add depth to the interior of their defensive line with a developmental player like Xavier Williams who could benefit from learning alongside Ndamukong Suh. He didn't play against top competition at Northern Iowa and will need some time to adjust to the NFL game. He has enough talent and the work ethic to make the team.
