If you’re a Seahawks fan, should you be excited? Of course. You have Russell Wilson and in Wilson you have a QB that has the ability to extend plays into infinity. There is no better quarterback after the snap than Wilson. Peyton Manning is stoic during pre-snap reads and Aaron Rodgers can somehow fit footballs into foramens, but the plays created by Wilson are true Rembrandts — works of art arising from broken plays, producing continuous results in the heart of brevity.

Lockett caught 106 balls playing in the Big 12 in 2014. That’s resume enough for Wilson, an All-Pro QB who’ll have no problem working Lockett into a golden opportunity in filling the void Golden Tate left behind.
