With only six selections in the 2015 NFL Draft, here's a look at how each Philadelphia Eagles draft choice ranks from bottom to top.

6. DE Brian Mihalik - 7th Round

Mihalik was the last pick the Eagles made, so for him to be the worst isn’t necessarily a knock on his play. But he’s got “massive project” written all over him. Not that the Eagles were going to land a completely ready player this late in the game, but they could have gotten another prospect closer to being ready, or a player at a more needed position.

The second of the sixth-round picks, the opinion on Evans seems to be that he has a limited ceiling. He might top out as a reserve player at best, or maybe even a spot starter if he really exceeds expectations. Again, that’s not too shabby from a sixth-round pick, but the Eagles have to see something in him that most other people don’t.

Opinions on Hicks are split -- some had him graded as a third-rounder, while others had him as a undrafted free agent. Hicks is going to probably split time both inside and out, which is where the value in this pick is. But the Eagles didn’t really need another inside linebacker; I wish they would have gotten a pure speed rusher. This is a pick that needs to be judged way off in the distance.

3. CB JaCorey Shepherd - 6th Round

Shepherd looked like a sneaky good pick at the time, and lately the hype around him has grown noticeably. With some development Shepherd looks like he has starter potential, which is fantastic value given where he was taken. He projects well as a press corner and will need work on his fundamentals, but there’s definite upside to like with him.

2. WR Nelson Agholor - 1st Round

I wasn’t thrilled at the time, but I’ve come around on Agholor; he really does remind me a lot of Jeremy Maclin. He’s a smooth route runner and has good speed to stretch the defense out, a definite trait this offense lacked last season. He’ll be a solid starter with Jordan Matthews outside and Josh Huff working mismatches in the slot.

1. CB/S Eric Rowe - 2nd Round

Love, love, love this pick. Rowe has the size, the physicality, the ability to press and he can play two positions in a secondary desperately needing consistency. I give Rowe the edge over Agholor because he fills a much larger need, plus his play could seriously turn this defense around. Between him and Byron Maxwell, the Eagles' pass defense could be much, much improved.
