The Green Bay Packers came away with a very nice haul in the 2015 NFL Draft, and they are excited about the upcoming season. Some of their rookies are going to have a chance to make an impact, but others are simply projects that they can work on over the next couple of years. It is going to be interesting to see what type of production they give this year.

What can the Packers expect from their rookies in 2015?

Round 1 -- Damarious Randall, DB, Arizona State

Damarious Randall was the Packers' first-round pick in what was a very intriguing selection. Most fans were fairly disappointed that Green Bay didn't take either Eric Kendricks or Denzel Perryman to help their linebacker need, but it should end up working out very well. He will most likely play the cornerback position and help fill another major need the Packers' defense had while playing quite a bit.

Round 2 -- Quinten Rollins, DB, Miami (OH)

Green Bay addressed their defensive back need in the second round of the draft as well, selecting Miami (Ohio) cornerback Quinten Rollins. He is a playmaking corner who racked up seven interceptions last year and is going to help replace both Tramon Williams and Davon House. There is no question that he can contribute immediately and will see a lot of the field in 2015.

Round 3 -- Ty Montgomery, WR, Stanford

Ty Montgomery was a bit of a shock for the Green Bay Packers as well in the third round. They weren't expected to take a wide receiver that early in the draft, but they decided to go ahead and take him off the board. He is going to see some time on the field as the fourth wide receiver on the depth chart, but there isn't going to be a lot of playing time behind Jordy Nelson, Randall Cobb and Davante Adams.

Round 4 -- Jake Ryan, LB, Michigan

The Green Bay Packers finally addressed their linebacker need with Michigan's Jake Ryan in the fourth round of the draft. Ryan racked up 112 total tackles with the Wolverines last year and also forced two fumbles. He is a very similar player to A.J. Hawk and will likely come off the bench to see some time in relief of the starters.

Round 5 -- Brett Hundley, QB, UCLA

UCLA quarterback Brett Hundley was one of the top quarterback prospects in the 2015 NFL Draft, and the Packers decided to trade up for him in the fifth round. He has a lot of work to do, but he's likely going to beat out Scott Tolzien to be Aaron Rodgers' primary backup. Hundley may not see the field at all in 2015, but there is a good chance Green Bay will get him some playing time in blowout wins.

Round 6 -- Aaron Ripkowski, FB, Oklahoma

John Kuhn has held down the fullback position for the Packers and has become one of the fan favorites in Green Bay. Aaron Ripkowski was selected as a future replacement for Kuhn, and it wouldn't be surprising to see him end up getting some time on the field this year. He has a lot of potential, and at 6-foot-1 and 255 pounds, he will be a very intimidating presence.

Round 6 -- Christian Ringo, DL, Louisiana-Lafayette

At 6-foot-1 and 277 pounds, Christian Ringo slid all the way to the sixth round for the Green Bay Packers. They are not likely to put him on the field much during his rookie season, but he will be excellent depth in case they need him. Ringo has a bright future ahead of him if the Packers' coaching staff can develop him the way they want to, and he has the physical ability to become a role player in the next year or two.

Round 6 -- Kennard Backman, TE, UAB

Green Bay needed to upgrade the tight end position during the draft, but that simply wasn't going to happen with the other needs they had. Richard Rodgers and Andrew Quarless are going to be the top two tight ends on the depth chart, while Kennard Backman will be behind both of them. He caught 39 passes for 399 yards and three touchdowns last year at UAB.
