According to a document reproduced by ESPN, Brady’s agent called the NFL‘s four-game suspension of Brady “ridiculous” and claimed the investigation had “no legitimate basis.” Given Roger Goodell‘s record of poorly leveraged punishment, it’s actually pretty hard to not find Yee’s arguments persuasive. At first we were sure Brady would finally get suspended, but now that certainty has run inverse to the assurance that it’ll be Brady getting his day in court.
