When the NFL slapped New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady with a four-game suspension, Patriots fans everywhere were outraged by the discipline following the DeflateGate scandal. One particular fan, the owner of a Boston bar, decided to do something about it.

Instead of going to some pointless rally or refusing to go on a honeymoon, Chuck Horne brewed a beer to protest the suspension. The owner of Eagle Brook Saloon came up with the Free Brady Blonde IPA. It may seem like a silly way to show his support for Brady, but the price is a little higher because $1 for every beer will be donated to local charities in Brady’s name.

According to ESPN’s Darren Rovell, the beer has been sold more than 500 times in six days.

It might not change Roger Goodell‘s mind regarding Brady’s suspension, but at least it’s giving back to the community — and getting delirious Patriots fans drunk.
