The Buffalo Bills are looking to make the leap back into the playoffs in 2015, and they hired Rex Ryan in order to help get them there. They have plenty of talent on their roster, but there are players who will need to step up in order to get them into the postseason. Some of those players will likely be out of a job if they fail to produce. Which five players in particular are facing make-or-break seasons in 2015?

5. Alex Carrington, Defensive Tackle

At 6-foot-5 and 301 pounds, Alex Carrington is a physical beast with the potential to become something special on the defensive line. Unfortunately, he has yet to realize that potential and live up to it. He hasn't shown any signs of being a starting caliber player, but that can change with a big training camp and season in 2015. If not, he'll likely be out of a job.

4. Jonathan Meeks, Safety

Buffalo is going to need some help in the secondary during the 2015 season, and Jonathan Meeks is a player with the potential to step up. If he doesn't do so during the upcoming season, then his tenure with the Bills is likely over.

3. Nickell Robey, Cornerback

There is no question that Nickell Robey has the potential to break out in 2015, and he has to in order to keep his spot with the Bills. He recorded 47 tackles, a sack and seven defensed passes last season, but the Bills need him to take the next step. It will be interesting to see what ends up happening during the upcoming season, but it is definitely make or break for Robey.

2. Percy Harvin, Wide Receiver

Percy Harvin decided to sign with the Buffalo Bills this past offseason and is looking to turn his career back around. He had a terrible season in 2014 split between the Seahawks and Jets, but the Bills offer him an ideal situation that can help him make the necessary improvements. If he doesn't return to form in 2015, then it will seriously hinder his chances in the future.

1. E.J. Manuel, Quarterback

The only issue that the Bills have left to figure out is who will be their starting quarterback in 2015. E.J. Manuel is heading into his third NFL season and is in desperate need of figuring out his full potential. There have been plenty of rumors surrounding him this offseason, and if he doesn't step up in 2015, then he likely won't stick with Buffalo for another year.
