5 Biggest Red Flags Heading Into Philadelphia Eagles' 2015 Training Camp

The Philadelphia Eagles are a team far from few storylines headed into training camp. With questions at several positions, there will be plenty to talk about. Head coach Chip Kelly brought in several big-name players and has released others. Those moves in turn have popped up red flags around the roster. Here are the five biggest issues heading into Eagles training camp.

5. Wide Receiver Position

Because this is after all the Chip Kelly offense, it doesn't seem like there is much concern surrounding the position when there should. Rounding out the No. 1 and 2 receivers are a rookie and second-year player, Nelson Agholor and Jordan Matthews. Behind them are Josh Huff, Riley Cooper and Miles Austin. No big names who will scare defenses. They have youth and inexperience: the only question is, will it come back to bite them?

4. Team Chemistry

The Eagles made a lot of big moves this offseason. They got rid of their two cornerback, quarterback, top receiver, star running back and Pro Bowl guard. A lot of new faces will be starting on Sundays. That begs the question of if this team is going to have the chemistry it needs to succeed. It seems as if Kelly has weeded out all of the bad apples, but that doesn't mean a few of the good ones won't go rotten.

3. Safety Position

The Eagles have had red flags at safety ever since Brian Dawkins left town. That trend continues this year with Earl Wolff or possibly Walter Thurmond leading the charge beside Malcolm Jenkins. The Eagles have Odell Beckam Jr., Dez Bryant, and DeSean Jackson to worry about in their division. Not having a safety to cover the deep ball is a serious red flag. The team better hope a guy like Wolff can outplay his current believed talent.

2. Offensive Line

The Eagles had an offensive line problem last year and that was before they blatantly released Pro Bowler Evan Mathis. Now they have serious red flags when it comes to the offensive line. Can it really be expected for Matt Tobin and Allen Barbre to fill the shoes of a player like Mathis? Quarterback Sam Bradford struggled and got hurt due to poor offensive line play in St. Louis. The situation doesn't seem to be much better in Philadelphia.

1. Sam Bradford

The Eagles are seriously a quarterback away from being a perennial threat in the NFC. If Bradford can stay healthy and proves to be the same quarterback that he was, there is no question this is the team to beat in the NFC East; however, that is the elephant in the room and the biggest red flag on the Eagles' roster. Mark Sanchez proved he can't be used long-term, and we can forget about Tim Tebow. The Eagles' success is all up to Bradford.
