The Green Bay Packers are poised to have a very exciting season and are actually being given the No. 1 odds to come away with a Super Bowl 50 win. Mike McCarthy will have some very difficult decisions to make during training camp and the preseason when it comes to roster cuts. Find out which five dark horse players are legitimate candidates to make the Packers' 53-man roster.

The Green Bay Packers could use some depth at the linebacker position, and former Alabama Crimson Tide star Adrian Hubbard could step up and help out in a big way. He was on the Packers' practice squad for the majority of last season and without question has the talent to step into a role in 2015. Hubbard likely won't see much playing time if he does make the roster, but he'll be a backup capable of stepping in if necessary.

4. Ladarius Gunter, Defensive Back

After losing both Tramon Williams and Davon House in free agency this past offseason, there are a few positions open at the cornerback position. Ladarius Gunter is a rookie from the Miami Hurricanes and has shown some flashes to the Packers' coaching staff. He is a long shot to make the final roster, but he certainly has the athleticism and talent to make it as a bench player.

3. Myles White, Wide Receiver

Myles White has been with the Green Bay Packers the past two seasons and saw a little bit of playing time during the 2013 season. He ended up catching nine passes for 66 yards, but has shown the ability to play at a high level in practice with the Packers. It isn't likely that he'll play much of a role in Green Bay this year, but he certainly has a chance to make the roster.

2. Jimmie Hunt, Wide Receiver

Green Bay Packers rookie wide receiver Jimmie Hunt is in a very similar situation as Myles White is. He is going to have a hard time earning a spot at the wide receiver position with the Packers, as they have five or six guys that are already in the coaching staff's favor. Hunt is a very athletic receiver with above average aggressiveness and will have a chance to win the coaches over with his play in training camp and the preseason.

John Crockett was one of the best undrafted free agents on the market following the 2015 NFL Draft and has a very decent chance to make the final roster. He racked up 1,994 yards and 21 touchdowns on 368 carries during his junior season in 2014. Those numbers show exactly what he is capable of doing, and the Packers will let him compete for the third running back job with Rajion Neal.
