Finally, finally, finally.

The Denver Broncos have reached an agreement with star WR Demaryius Thomas … which just so happened to come shortly after Dez Bryant received his new deal.

There was no question that the Broncos were eventually going to sign Thomas, but for whatever reason (money, more than likely), the two sides waited a rather long time to get this deal done.

Just in case it wasn’t clear why Thomas is such a valuable player, here are a few reasons to help clear up the confusion: (1) Thomas racked up 1,619 receiving yards and 11 TDs in 2014, (2) he is Peyton Manning‘s No. 1 weapon and (3) Julius Thomas is no longer on the team — for what it’s worth.

Yeah, both contracts are painfully similar. Both are top wide receivers in this league, though.

Now, Manning, Thomas and the rest of this team can finally get to work. Game on.
