Every NFL team has that one player they would like to get rid of. It could be because of a bad contract, the player is a total draft bust or the guy is a distraction. Here is one player every NFL team would like to just see disappear.

32. Arizona Cardinals - Andre Ellington

The oft injured Ellington leaves the Cardinals always wondering "what if he can just stay healthy." This week he is once again suffering from a PCL sprain. At this point its hard to count on Ellington to stay healthy for multiple games in a row. Rookie David Johnson could be the guy that makes Ellington disappear this next offseason

31. Atlanta Falcons - Devin Hester

Hester is nothing more than a returner at this point and even he is getting a little too old and fragile for that. In 2015 he makes $2.87 million and $3 million in 2016, basically to just return kicks. In today's NFL where every free dollar for cap space is important, I'm sure Atlanta wouldn't mind seeing Hester go.

30. Baltimore Ravens - Joe Flacco

Flacco parlayed his Super Bowl run into a $120.6 million contract. Joe Flacco is making that much money and that is as bad as it comes. He is a decent QB but by no means is he worth killing your cap space for. The Ravens could find someone with similar numbers for much less money.

29. Buffalo Bills - E.J. Manuel

A first round pick a few years ago, Manuel is someone the Bills just don't want to seem to part with just yet. That could simply be because of what they have invested in him. They feel like that might as well see if he figures it out. However, he's just eating up their money. Both sides need to move on.

28. Carolina Panthers - Ted Ginn Jr.

Ginn is just one of those guys that somehow keeps finding jobs. Like Hester, he pretty much just is capable as a returner but Carolina is so desperate at receiver that they have to throw him out there. I'm sure the Panthers wish they can snap their fingers and see Ginn gone and replaced by someone who actually knows how to use their hands.

27. Chicago Bears - Jay Cutler

You know if the Bears had any other capable option at QB, Cutler wouldn't be in Chicago. He is nowhere near worth the money he makes. He's careless with the ball and quite frankly sometimes just doesn't look like he cares what the outcome is. If this year is anywhere close to last, Chicago won't hesitate to say goodbye this time.

26. Cincinnati Bengals - Andy Dalton

Agree or not, Andy Dalton is the single reason why the Bengals haven't made it out of the first round of the playoffs in his career. With A.J. Green's new deal and all the money they have invested in him, you'd imagine they want a QB that could maximize Green's play. Dalton, in the end, just isn't that guy. If Cincy had a chance for a better QB, they wouldn't be loyal, they'd get rid of Dalton.

25. Cleveland Browns - Josh Gordon

Serving what seems like his 50th suspension, Gordon has continuously let his team down. The Browns can no longer count on him as part of their future. It's sad, but he is a lost cause. He is a distraction that I'm sure the Browns wouldn't mind getting rid of, even if it means departing with that amazing talent.

24. Dallas Cowboys - Morris Claiborne

Claiborne, a former first-round pick of the Cowboys, has not lived up to the hype of his LSU Patrick Peterson. Claiborne has not helped the Cowboys' secondary much and as a first rounder he is costing them a hefty penny. The Cowboys could use that money on a better cornerback who could stay on the field.

23. Denver Broncos - Cody Latimer

As a second-round pick last season, Latimer was expected to be yet another weapon for Peyton Manning. However, he has barely produced. He didn't even catch one pass in the season opener this season. Seeing as their window may be closing, Denver would love to see him go in exchange for someone who could help them reach a Super Bowl

22. Detroit Lions - Joique Bell

I'm sure it's torn on the Lions' staff over who should get the most carries: Bell or Ameer Abdullah. So it wouldn't be a surprise if some wanted Bell gone so there wouldn't be a question over who gets the ball.

21. Green Bay Packers - Datone Jones

Jones, another first-round pick who just hasn't lived up to that status, is keeping Green Bay's linebacker corps down. He only has 30 career tackles and 5 sacks in his two-year career. Green Bay could use his roster spot for a better defender, especially since that defense is what may keep that team from the Super Bowl.

20. Houston Texans - Brian Hoyer

Hoyer hoodwinked the Texans into giving him a $10.5 million deal and after just one game, it already looks questionable. He was replaced by Ryan Mallett during the opening week game as the Texans found themselves behind. Reportedly, Hoyer has already been benched for Week 2 and it may be for good.

Werner is yet another first-round disappointment. Since being drafted in 2013 he has only accumulated 6.5 sacks. For a Colts team that needs defensive improvement, he's done them no good.

18. Jacksonville Jaguars - Toby Gerhart

For as buried on the Jags' depth chart as Gerhart is, he is not worth the money being dealt his way. He's scheduled to make $5.5 million these next two seasons. A team like the Jags can't afford wasted money like that when they have so many needs. Certainly the Jags wouldn't mind getting rid of Gerhart.

17. Kansas City Chiefs - Eric Fisher

The No. 1 overall pick in 2013, Fisher has done nothing to show he's been worthy of that honor. Although Andy Reid has denied such reports, it was reported last week that Fisher asked out of playing early in the week in anticipation of covering J.J. Watt. Kansas City must want a redo.

16. Miami Dolphins - Dion Jordan

Jordan has been giving the Dolphins headaches since they made him the No. 3 overall pick back in 2013. Not only was he a disappointment on the field, but he struggled to stay on it. Not only has he battled some injuries in his short NFL career, but he's also been suspended twice -- most recently for the entire 2015 NFL season. Miami has tried to unload him via trade, but will likely be forced to release him when his suspension is up.

After his rookie season, the Vikings thought they had a true franchise left tackle in Matt Kalil. Unfortunately, that hasn't been the case the last two seasons. The former No. 4 overall pick has quickly become a weakness for the Vikings' offense, routinely allowing easy pressure on the quarterback's blindside. Minnesota is eager to show him the door unless he somehow snaps out of it this season.

14. New England Patriots - Dominique Easley

Easley was a first-round pick last season. As a rookie he was only able to play in 11 games while recording just one sack on the Patriots' defensive line. His big issue is staying healthy and on the field. He's already hurt one game into this season. The Patriots may be ready to give up on him already in exchange for someone who has shown the ability to stay on the field.

13. New Orleans Saints - Kenny Vaccaro

Vaccaro is yet another first-round pick who hasn't lived up to the hype. In two full seasons in the league he has only three INTs, while giving up countless big plays on a horrendous Saints defense. The Saints wouldn't have any hard feelings seeing him go so they can start over at the safety position.

12. New York Giants - Jason Pierre-Paul

Although they could technically be rid of JPP next season, you have to wonder if the Giants would love to just see him go away now. He showed up last week trying to convince the team he can play, only to get sent home because his hand injury is just too bad. News continues to break of how bad his hand really is. Meanwhile, he keeps posting online that he's ready to go. Giants may just want to see JPP disappear.

11. New York Jets - Geno Smith

Smith has been nothing but a gigantic disappointment in green. From flipping off fans to his idiotic turnovers, he's been a disaster. When he was punched to the point of a broken jaw last month, it was not out of the realm of possibility that teammates actually were happy it happened as it gave the Jets a reason to change QBs for now. The Jets are better off without Smith and they must know it.

10. Oakland Raiders - Justin Tuck

Although he's a good leader and a free agent after this season, Tuck just hasn't lived up to his old numbers. I'm sure Oakland would love to have the $3.5 million he's owed this season. They wouldn't mind seeing Tuck's contract off the books tomorrow.

9. Philadelphia Eagles - Byron Maxwell

One game into his six-year $63 million deal, Maxwell may be looking like a huge overpay. Julio Jones torched him all night on Monday. He shined in Seattle because he hid behind that amazing defense. Now as the guy in Philadelphia, Maxwell's flaws may be on display. Philly wouldn't mind a do-over if that first game was any indication.

8. Pittsburgh Steelers - Darrius Heyward-Bey

This one was tough. Heyward-Bey isn't making much money at all or all that important to the roster. However, I'm sure the Steelers would love to get rid of him simply because, who wants Heyward-Bey? He's been a disappointment ever since he was drafted in the first round by the Raiders in 2009. I think having DHB on your roster simply curses your team.

7. San Diego Chargers - Antonio Gates

Gates, who is serving a four game suspension, has been one of the best tight ends ever. However, he has been injured a lot in his career and now it's becoming harder for him to play through those injuries. Ladarius Green has come on and shown that the Chargers will be just dandy without Gates. Perhaps they'd even be okay with Gates never coming back.

Kap signed a six-year, $114 million deal that went into effect this season. However, he just isn't the QB he showed he could be during that two year run prior. He threw 10 INTS last season and had his lowest QB rating as a starter. With a new head coach, it may not be a secret that the 49ers would be okay with getting rid of him and that contract.

5. Seattle Seahawks - Bruce Irvin

Irvin came out college with character issues and that was brought to the national audience last season when he was one of the main instigators in the fight at the end of the Super Bowl. Irvin has a lot of talent as a pass rusher. But he may not be able to fix his behavioral issues which is why Seattle may be willing and happy to see Irvin go.

4. St. Louis Rams - Tavon Austin

Austin, a former No. 8 overall pick, had a good Week 1 game as he scored two touchdowns. However, he's never been able to live up to the hype he had coming out of college as someone who could play like Percy Harvin. He only had 31 catches for 242 yards last season, and that's unacceptable for a No. 8 pick. Rams need real receivers and must be wishing they could trade him for one.

After one career game? Yes. His first pass was a pick six. He was so-so in preseason and I saw this coming. His off the field issues are well documented from his time at Florida State and it remains to be seen if he will grow up. After watching what the guy who was taken after him did to them on Sunday, I'm sure Tampa will be kicking themselves for taking Winston before Mariota sooner than later. It's a true "what if."

2. Tennessee Titans - Zach Mettenberger

This one isn't necessarily because Mettenberger is bad or a waste, it's because of who is ahead of him at QB. Mariota obviously looks like the real deal, leaving Mettenberger on the bench. As there are many QB needy teams around as evident by this list, I'm sure the Titans wish they could get rid of Mettenberger to actually get something in return that could help them.

Does anything need to be said? This was the easiest of all 32 teams by far. From his injuries, to his contract, to what they gave up to draft him, to his downright inability to adapt to any system thrown his way, RG3 has become a circus in Washington. He's now the third string QB and he's still their most talked about player. Coach Jay Gruden would be thrilled to pieces to see him go, so they can all just move on.
