Despite plenty of optimism that Andrew Luck would be starting under center for the Indianapolis Colts this week, it appears that won't be the case. According to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, Luck is expected to miss tonight's game against the Houston Texans, which puts veteran Matt Hasselbeck in position to start his second consecutive game.
