TV Schedule: Thursday, December 3, 8:25 PM on CBS, NFL Network

Location: Ford Field, Detroit, Michigan

Line: Packers (-5)

The Green Bay Packers and the Detroit Lions have shifted positions. The Lions are on a three-game winning streak, whereas Green bay has lost four of their last five — including one against Detroit at Lambeau Field.

Aaron Rodgers and his offense can’t find a groove. Rodgers has been inaccurate, failing to complete over 58 percent of his passes. Green Bay’s receivers are either dropping passes or are out of sync with the star QB. Either way, the Packers are stumbling, and it’s not looking too good.

Detroit, on the other hand, has a hot hand. Matthew Stafford has fired seven touchdown passes to one interception over the last three weeks. Detroit’s offense is finally finding its groove that everyone has long awaited. Calvin Johnson and Golden Tate are getting many more targets, and Detroit’s offensive line hasn’t been as bad. The Lions will look to exploit Green Bay’s somewhat fragile secondary. Ranked 19th, the Packers are bound to be flustered by Stafford’s cannon. If Green Bay’s blitz can’t harass Stafford, it’s going to be a long day.

Detroit’s defense has been an anomaly lately. Earlier this season, they couldn’t stop anyone. Now, they’re nearly impenetrable. The unit hasn’t allowed more than 80 rushing yards in these past few games. Green Bay does possess Eddie Lacy, and that’s a huge challenge in itself. With a unique combination of size and speed, Lacy is a dynamic runner. The Packers will look to get him going early. If he runs well, throwing the ball becomes that much easier.

The Lions have been giving great effort. It’s a surprise to see this team have any fight left. Green Bay still has a chance to win the division, so they should have a lot of fight, too.

Prediction: Packers 24, Lions 20
