Week 13 features one of the NFL‘s most underrated rivalries when the St. Louis Rams (4-7) host the Arizona Cardinals (9-2). The two teams met in Week 4 with the Rams upsetting the Cardinals at home 24-22. Here are five bold predictions for the rematch.

The Arizona Cardinals have, without question, one of the best defensive units in the NFL, and this week they go up against one of the worst offenses the league has to offer. The Rams ranks dead last in yards per game and second to last in points per game, while the Cardinals rank fifth in total yards and 10th in points on defense.

Rookie David Johnson will get his first start this week in place of the injured Chris Johnson. The third-round draft selection is averaging four yards per carry this season to go along with four touchdowns on the ground in limited snaps. This will be his first extensive look at running back against a Rams team that allowed 86 yards to Jeremy Hill, his most of the season. Johnson could have a good NFL debut.

The Rams' rookie sensation has hit the rookie wall after taking the league by storm in his first four starts. Gurley is averaging just three yards per carry over the last three games and has surpassed more than 70 yards just once in his last four starts. The rookie running back amassed 146 yards in his first meeting against the Cardinals, but this time Arizona will be ready.

2. Nick Foles Will Throw 2+ Interceptions

The St. Louis Rams have struggled on offense this season and it all starts with the quarterback. To say the least, the Nick Foles experiment has failed. Foles has simply not gotten the job done which forced the Rams to bench him and turn to Case Keenum who is now out with a concussion. The Cardinals' secondary has the second most interceptions this season which could be bad news for Foles.

While this could be a very close game -- three of the last five have been decided by less than seven points -- the Cardinals are the better team. The Rams are 3-0 against the NFC West this season, but a lot has changed since Week 4 when these two teams met the first time. The Cardinals will get their sixth straight win.
