5. Cleveland Browns

With a 3-12 record, the Browns would be better off losing to keep their chance at the No. 1 overall pick next spring alive. Add in the Pittsburgh Steelers needing a win to have any chance to make the playoffs, and it's hard to see Cleveland winning in Week 17.

4. Dallas Cowboys

Dallas will have Kellen Moore as their starting quarterback for a second straight game on Sunday against the Washington Redskins. The Redskins don't have playoff seeding to play for, but even if they rest players the Cowboys don't have enough to beat them.

3. San Diego Chargers

San Diego's four wins this season have come against teams with a combined record of 19-41. The potential to knock the Denver Broncos out of a first-round playoff bye with a win Sunday puts the Chargers in a spoiler role that they may relish, but I don't think they can pull it off.

2. Chicago Bears

The Bears and Detroit Lions have gotten to the same record (6-9) in different ways, but both teams won in Week 16. The Lions have won five of their last seven games, and have looked better lately, so Chicago is headed for a loss in Week 17.

1. Miami Dolphins

The majority of Dolphins' players seem to be checking out, and at 5-10 in a season that was lost from the start who can blame them. The New England Patriots would secure home field advantage through the playoffs with a win on Sunday, so a blowout looks likely.
