5. Signing Rahim Moore

4. Not Finding Good Tight End
Getty ImagesFor the second straight season, Houston's tight end play was god awful. The trio of C.J. Fiedorowicz, Ryan Griffin and Garrett Graham combined for 41 receptions for 448 yards and three touchdowns.
3. Not Finding Complementary Receiver To DeAndre Hopkins
Getty ImagesHouston failed to adequately replace Andre Johnson this offseason, and while DeAndre Hopkins became a Pro Bowler, he didn't get much help. Nate Washington and Cecil Shorts III were the Texans' second and third-leading receivers, but Washington had only 47 catches and Shorts had 42.
2. Not Finding Adequate Replacement For Arian Foster
Getty ImagesFor the second time in three seasons, Arian Foster's season was cut short due to injury. Both times, the Texans failed to have an adequate replacement. Alfred Blue was the Texans' leading rusher in 2015, but he only averaged 3.8 yards per attempt.

Getty ImagesWhere do I start? Ryan Mallett was released after missing a team flight, Brian Hoyer was god awful in the playoffs and the team's best quarterback this season could've been Brandon Weeden (which isn't saying much).
